我国体育院校本科专业评估指标体系的研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育规模的扩大,教育质量成为人们关注的重点。专业评估是高等教育评估的重要组成部分,是监督和管理的高等教育教学重要方法之一,也是高校办学水平评估的重要组成部分。我国高等教育专业评估在教育改革中发挥了显著作用,证明了高等教育专业评估可以监督、管理高等教育专业的发展,保障专业教育质量。由于我国体育事业发展的特殊性,根据体育专业自身的特点以及社会对体育专业毕业生提出的高要求,要想保证体育专业的教育质量,促进体育专业教育教学与国际接轨,构建完善合理的体育专业评估指标体系,因此适时地开展体育专业评估是十分必要的。通过体育专业的评估,对体育教学活动做出综合价值分析和判断,通过反馈作用促进体育教学质量的提高,也可以给其他专业提供借鉴和改进。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、层次分析法及数理统计法,对全国6所体育院校的本科专业评估指标体系进行了研究,主要结论如下：1.我国体育院校本科专业评估一级指标由6个维度组成,分别为培养目标与培养方案、师资队伍、专业教学、专业管理、教学条件、教学效果。一级指标中应重视师资队伍和专业教学。2.体育院校专业评估一级指标6个维度由20个二级指标构成,研究结果表明体育院校本科专业评估二级指标由48个观测点组成。二级指标中实践教学和教学改革占权重较高；三级指标中改革教学方法占权重最高,运用层次分析法构建出我国体育院校本科专业评估指标体系。3.运用新建立的专业评估指标体系,对北京体育大学体育教育专业进行实证评估,评估结果良好符合我校该专业目前的状况,同时应加强该专业在师资队伍、专业教学及教学效果三方面的建设。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the scale of higher education, the quality of education has become the focus of attention. Professional evaluation is an important part of higher education evaluation and one of the important methods of supervising and managing the teaching of higher education. It is also an important part of the evaluation of the level of running a university. The evaluation of higher education specialty in our country has played a significant role in the educational reform, which proves that the professional evaluation of higher education can supervise and manage the development of the specialty of higher education. Because of the particularity of the development of physical education in our country, according to the characteristics of sports specialty and the high requirement of society to the graduates of sports major, we should ensure the quality of education of sports major. It is necessary to promote physical education and teaching to be in line with the international standards, and to construct a reasonable evaluation index system of physical education, so it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of physical education in good time. The comprehensive value analysis and judgment of physical education activities can promote the improvement of physical education teaching quality through feedback, and can also provide reference and improvement for other specials.In this study, the methods of literature, expert interview and questionnaire survey are used to improve the quality of physical education. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the evaluation index system of undergraduate major in 6 sports colleges and universities in China. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.First-class evaluation index of undergraduate specialty in physical education colleges and universities in China consists of six dimensions. Respectively for the training objectives and training programs, teachers, professional teaching, professional management, teaching conditions, Teaching effect. The teaching staff and professional teaching should be paid more attention to in the first class index. The six dimensions of the first grade index of professional evaluation in physical education colleges are composed of 20 secondary indexes. The results show that the secondary evaluation index of undergraduate major in physical education colleges is composed of 48 observation points. The practical teaching and teaching reform have a high weight in the second class index, and the reform teaching method has the highest weight in the third grade index. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the evaluation index system of undergraduate major in physical education colleges and universities of our country. Using the newly established professional evaluation index system, this paper makes an empirical evaluation on the major of physical education in Beijing University of physical Education. The evaluation results are in accordance with the present situation of the major in our university, and the construction of the major in three aspects: the teaching staff, the specialty teaching and the teaching effect should be strengthened at the same time.
