山西高校社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业意向及影响因素调查分析

【摘要】：随着物质生活的提高和物质财富的积累,社会大众关注的焦点从物质转向了健康。党和政府对人民群众的体质健康状况也尤为关切,相继发布了《全民健身计划(2016-2020)》及《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》等文件,另外,针对体育产业的发展,国务院发布了《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》、《国务院办公厅关于加快发展生活性服务业促进消费结构升级的指导意见》。一方面,全民健身上升为国家战略,体育产业蓬勃发展。而另一方面,社会体育指导与管理专业学生的就业率却持续亮红牌,所以有必要在社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业前了解其就业意向。本研究以山西省六所高校的2013级社会体育指导与管理专业学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科研方法进行研究,研究运用SPSS19.0与Excel软件对社会体育指导与管理专业学生的就业意向及影响因素进行因子分析、描述性分析及差异性检验进行分析处理。旨对社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业意向及影响因素进行调查与分析,为进一步提高社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业率提出可参考的意见。研究表明:1.山西省2013级社会体育指导与管理专业学生毕业后有大约一半的学生选择录用或聘用就业,就业意向单位以健身俱乐部和中小学校为主,就业意向区域集中在地级以上经济发达的城市,学生期望的收入主要在3000元至5000元之间。2.社会体育指导与管理专业的男生与女生在毕业后的去向、意向就业区域方面不具有显著性差异,在就业意向单位、收入期望上有显著性差异。3.影响社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业意向主要有五个方面的因素,分别是学校因子、亲友因子、学业因子、就业期望因子、社会因子。学业因子中最重要的三项为个人专项技能水平,相关实践能力,基础理论知识。学校因子中,影响就业意向的程度最高的为学校专业人才培养方案和学校知名度。亲友因子中对就业影响程度最高的是父母关系网对就业的帮助以及为父母对就业地点的选择。社会因子对就业影响程度最高的是所在地区经济发展水平,其次是国家或地方政策。就业期望因子对就业的影响程度排在前三位的是薪资待遇、相关资格证书、工作岗位发展前景。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of material life and the accumulation of material wealth, the focus of public attention has shifted from material to healthy. The Party and the government are also particularly concerned about the physical health of the people. Documents such as the National Fitness Program (2016-2020) and the "healthy China 2030" program have been issued one after another. In addition, in view of the development of the sports industry, The State Council has issued several opinions on speeding up the development of the sports industry and promoting sports consumption, and the General Office of the State Council has issued guidelines on speeding up the development of the living and living services industry to promote the upgrading of the consumption structure. On the one hand, national fitness has become a national strategy. The sports industry is booming. On the other hand, the employment rate of students majoring in social sports guidance and management continues to show a bright red card. Therefore, it is necessary to know the employment intention of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management before their employment. The methods of mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods were studied. The factors of employment intention and influencing factors of students majoring in social sports guidance and management were analyzed by using SPSS19.0 and Excel software. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the employment intention and influencing factors of students majoring in social sports guidance and management. In order to further improve the employment rate of students majoring in social sports guidance and management, the study shows that: 1. About half of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Shanxi province choose to employ or employ after graduation. The employment intention units are mainly fitness clubs and primary and secondary schools, and the employment intention regions are concentrated in cities with developed economies above the prefectural level, The expected income of the students mainly ranged from 3000 yuan to 5000 yuan. 2. After graduation, there was no significant difference between boys and girls in social sports guidance and management major, but there was no significant difference in the area of employment intention, and there was no significant difference in employment intention units. There are significant differences in income expectations. 3. There are five main factors that affect the employment intention of social sports guidance and management students, which are school factor, relatives and friends factor, academic factor, employment expectation factor, etc. Social factors. The three most important factors in academic factors are the level of individual specific skills, relevant practical ability, basic theoretical knowledge. The most important factors affecting employment intention are the training program of professional talents and the popularity of the school. The most influential factors of relatives and friends are the help of parental network to employment and the choice of employment location for parents. The level of economic development in the region is the most affected by social factors on employment. The second is national or local policy. The employment expectation factor ranks first three in the influence degree of employment is salary treatment, relevant qualification certificate, job post development prospect.
