我国传统武术传承的民间法视角探究

【摘要】：传统武术是我国非物质文化遗产的一种重要形态,历久的传承和凸显的精神展现了我国民族文化特有的光彩。细究传统武术的传承,其容纳在中国传统社会的民间管理组织体系之中,即在家族、宗教团体以及一些其他社会团体管理相应的民间社会秩序、传承财富和文化进程中衍生、发展、壮大,在适应着传统社会民间法的调整,也创造着自身的传承法则。而在现代社会文明冲击下,加上国家法与民间法冲突的加剧,传统武术的传承遇到了危机,有的甚至走向式微。通过民间法视角来分析传统武术传承机制,并探究构建现代社会传统武术传承新机制,是通往武术文化复兴的一个有益进路。
[Abstract]:Traditional Wushu is an important form of the intangible cultural heritage of our country. It is contained in the folk management organization system of Chinese traditional society, that is, in the family, the religious group and some other social groups to manage the corresponding civil society order, the inheritance wealth and the cultural process derivative, the development, the growth. In adapting to the adjustment of the traditional social folk law and creating its own inheritance law, and under the impact of the modern social civilization and the intensification of the conflict between the state law and the folk law, the inheritance of the traditional martial arts has encountered a crisis. Some even decline. It is a beneficial way to revive Wushu culture to analyze the inheritance mechanism of traditional Wushu from the perspective of folk law and to explore the construction of new mechanism of traditional Wushu inheritance in modern society.
