广东省普通高校体育专业学生参与体育职业枝能鉴定现状研究

【摘要】:体育产业具有广阔的发展前景,体育产业的发展带动了体育行业从业人员的增加,普通高校体育专业学生是体育行业从业人员重要的后备人才,目前国家实行劳动者在就业前或者上岗前接受必要的职业教育的制度。广东省作为经济大省和体育强省,体育行业发展迅速,规模不断扩大,对从业人员的需求越来越多。在我国体育行业大力推行资格证书制度,实施职业技能鉴定的大背景下,规范体育行业市场秩序、提高从业人员的素质是广东省体育行业面临的重要问题。通过研究总结广东省普通高校体育专业学生参与体育职业技能培训与鉴定的成果、特色、经验与不足,针对性的提出发展对策,以促进学生更好参与体育职业技能培训与鉴定,为体育事业发展服务。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以广东省普通高校体育专业学生参与体育职业技能培训与鉴定状况为研究对象进行研究,分析广东省普通高校体育专业学生参与体育职业技能培训与鉴定工作存在的问题,并提出相应的策略。研究结果显示:(1)广东省普通高校体育职业技能鉴定存在宣传不足以及收费高、缺乏经费政策扶持的主要问题;(2)广东省普通高校体育专业学生知识部分总体正确率为29.9%,正确率低;(3)广东省普通高校体育专业学生总体态度方面得分较高,为66.7%;(4)广东省普通高校体育专业学生人均获得体育职业资格证书2.6个,证件偏少;(5)各校体育职业技能鉴定相关知识、态度、行为情况不一,整体情况广州大学排名较前、北京师范大学珠海分校情况较不乐观。根据研究结果得出以下结论:(1)广东省普通高校体育职业技能鉴定存在宣传不足、经费政策扶持缺乏的主要问题;(2)广东省普通高校体育专业学生相关知识的正确率低,对体育职业技能鉴定相关知识的掌握情况不乐观;(3)广东省普通高校体育专业学生对体育职业技能鉴定的态度中等偏良好;(4)广东省普通高校体育专业学生已考取的证件偏少,参与体育职业技能鉴定行为不足;(5)广东省普通高校之间体育专业学生知识、态度、行为存在显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Sports industry has a broad prospect of development, the development of sports industry has led to the increase of sports practitioners, ordinary college students of physical education is an important reserve of sports professionals. At present, the state implements a system whereby workers receive the necessary vocational education before or before taking up their jobs. As a major economic province and a strong sports province, Guangdong Province has witnessed rapid development and continuous expansion of the sports industry. Under the background of carrying out the qualification certificate system and the professional skill appraisal in our country, we should standardize the market order of the sports industry. It is an important problem for the sports industry in Guangdong Province to improve the quality of the practitioners. This paper summarizes the achievements, characteristics, experiences and shortcomings of the physical education major students in the ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, who participate in the training and appraisal of sports professional skills. In order to promote the students to participate in the training and appraisal of sports vocational skills, and to serve the development of sports, this study adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics, and so on, in order to promote the students' participation in the training and appraisal of sports vocational skills. This paper studies the situation of physical education major students participating in the training and identification of sports vocational skills in Guangdong Province, and analyzes the problems existing in their participation in the training and identification of sports vocational skills in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province. The results of the study show that there are insufficient publicity and high fees for the appraisal of professional sports skills in Guangdong Province. The main problem of lack of fund policy support is that the total correct rate of the knowledge part of the students majoring in physical education in Guangdong Province is 29.9 and the correct rate is low. 3) the general attitude of the students majoring in physical education in Guangdong Province has a higher score. For 66.7% of the students in Guangdong Province, the average number of students majoring in physical education is 2.6, and the number of certificates is less. 5) each school has different knowledge, attitude and behavior in the identification of sports professional skills. The overall situation of Guangzhou University is higher than that of Guangzhou University. The situation at Zhuhai Branch of Beijing normal University is not optimistic. According to the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) there is a lack of publicity in the identification of sports vocational skills in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province. The main problem of lack of fund policy support is that the correct rate of relevant knowledge of physical education major students in Guangdong Province is low. 3) the attitude of physical education major students in Guangdong Province to the evaluation of sports vocational skills is moderately good. 4) the number of certificates accepted by the students majoring in physical education in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is on the low side. (5) there are significant differences in knowledge, attitude and behavior among college students in Guangdong Province.
