NBA与CBA啦啦队运营方式的对比研究

【摘要】:在我国篮球职业联赛的逐步发展下,篮球啦啦队队员逐渐走入大众的视野,甚至在部分球迷眼中,篮球啦啦队已经与篮球赛事不可分割。成长时间不长是我国CBA啦啦队与NBA啦啦队相比还有进步空间的主要原因。而NBA啦啦队,其运营方式,尤其是文化理念、制度体制以及内部素质等已经发展到了一个十分成熟的层次,这些值得我们去研究。本文对NBA啦啦队与CBA啦啦队运营方式进行了对比,试图探索NBA啦啦队与CBA啦啦队之间存在的差异性,着重采用层次分析法结合我国本土实际以及我们现在所处环境的特点找出制约CBA啦啦队发展的相关因素,为我国CBA啦啦队的可持续发展提供一定的理论依据,找寻出一条符合我国国情和适应CBA联赛制度的啦啦队发展道路。研究结果表明:1、文化理念层面:1)NBA与CBA啦啦队存在“文化匮乏”与“文化饱和”、“个体观念”与“整体观念”的差异。2)NBA注重分析思维而导致了注重个体,把篮球场当作自我表现的舞台,实现自我价值的场所;CBA啦啦队则提倡集体协作,没有什么展示个性的空间,强调义务与责任,强调队员间的配合。3)美国的“素质成材观”和中国的“应试成材观”,形成了队员素质间的差异,也是影响NBA与CBA啦啦队员表现力的重要因素。2、制度体制层面:1)NBA啦啦队归属于篮球队俱乐部,不但拥有管理机构,还拥有相关监督体系;而CBA啦啦队管理较为粗犷,缺乏相关管理制度和监督体系,啦啦队的组成也是临时根据任务而组建。2)NBA啦啦队从属于篮球队俱乐部,啦啦队队员的个人利益能够有所保证。而CBA啦啦队大多与俱乐部属于雇佣关系,且合同签订中无相关工作福利保障。3)NBA啦啦队拥有完整的人才培养和选拔体制,而CBA啦啦队队员的选择完全靠领队个人因素来决定,没有完整的后备选拔流程和机制。3、内部素质层面:1)NBA啦啦队舞蹈编排较为成熟,难度技巧也有所体现,CBA啦啦队的专业水平欠佳,队员个体素质间有差距。2)NBA啦啦队拥有专职教练和队员,能够全身心投入其中;CBA啦啦队多数都是队员兼教练,同时队员从事兼职比较多,更有一部分自身没有相关从业经历。针对以上问题提出以下建议:1、逐步形成我国特有的CBA啦啦队文化。2、完善啦啦队的管理体制。3、完备CBA啦啦队人才的选拔机制及培养能力。4、加强与媒体的合作。5、建立CBA啦啦队品牌。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of professional basketball league in China, basketball cheerleaders gradually entered the public view, even in the eyes of some fans. Basketball cheerleading has been inseparable from basketball tournaments. The short growing time is the main reason why there is room for improvement between CBA cheerleading and NBA cheerleading in our country. And NBA cheerleading, its way of operation, especially its cultural concept, The institutional system and internal quality have developed to a very mature level, which is worthy of our study. This paper makes a comparison between NBA cheerleading and CBA cheerleading. This paper attempts to explore the differences between NBA cheerleading and CBA cheerleading, and to find out the relevant factors that restrict the development of CBA cheerleading by combining the local reality of our country and the characteristics of our environment. It provides some theoretical basis for the sustainable development of CBA cheerleading in China. To find a way to develop cheerleading in line with the national conditions of our country and adapt to the CBA league system. The research results show that there are "cultural deficiency" and "cultural saturation", "individual concept" and "whole" in the cultural concept level of CBA and CBA cheerleading. The difference of physical concept. 2NBA pays attention to the individual because of its emphasis on analytical thinking. Taking the basketball court as the stage of self-expression and realizing self-worth, the CBA cheerleading team advocates collective cooperation, and there is no space to show their individuality, emphasizing duty and responsibility. Emphasizing the cooperation among the players. 3) the difference between the quality of the team members is formed by the "view of the quality of the players" in the United States and the "outlook on the quality of the examination-oriented" in China. It is also an important factor that affects the performance of NBA and CBA cheerleaders. At the institutional level, the NBA cheerleading team belongs to the basketball team club, not only has the management organization, but also has the related supervision system, while the CBA cheerleading management is rough. In the absence of a regulatory and supervisory system, cheerleading is formed on an ad hoc basis to form a. 2NBA cheerleading team that belongs to the basketball team club. The personal interests of cheerleaders can be guaranteed. Most of the CBA cheerleaders are in employment with the club, and there is no related job welfare guarantee in the contract. The NBA cheerleading team has a complete talent training and selection system. However, the selection of CBA cheerleaders depends entirely on the individual factors of the team leader. There is no complete backup selection process and mechanism .3. the internal quality level of CBA cheerleading dance choreography is relatively mature. Difficulty skills also reflect the poor professional level of CBA cheerleading. There is a gap between the individual qualities of the players. The NBA cheerleading team has full-time coaches and players, who can devote themselves to the CBA cheerleading team. Most of the CBA cheerleading teams are both players and coaches. At the same time, the team members engaged in more part-time jobs, Some of them have no relevant experience. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1, gradually forming the unique CBA cheerleading culture of our country, perfecting the management system of cheerleading, perfecting the selection mechanism of CBA cheerleading talents, and. Cultivate ability. 4, strengthen cooperation with media. 5. Establish CBA cheerleading brand.
