艾灸疗法对运动后肌肉延迟性酸痛(DOMS)的作用研究

【摘要】:目的:肌肉延迟性酸痛(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness,简称DOMS),影响日常体育活动和运动训练的进行,所以有必要快速缓解这种疼痛。通过查阅数据库,发现国内外研究者对DOMS治疗方法的研究有很多,但由于其发病机制的不明确,现今很多治疗方法的疗效也尚不完全明确。本研究选取中医传统治疗方法艾灸疗法,,通过实验来探求艾灸疗法对运动后肌肉延迟性酸痛缓解的作用,为体育锻炼或运动训练后肌肉延迟性酸痛的恢复提供另外一种可以参考的治疗方法。 方法:符合标准的50名志愿者在基线测试后随机分为实验组(在肌肉痛点位置进行30分钟的艾灸治疗,n=25)和对照组(在肌肉痛点位置进行30分钟假艾灸疗法,n=25)。对所有受试者进行肌肉延迟性酸痛诱发,在诱发后即刻、24小时治疗前、24小时治疗后、48小时治疗前、48小时治疗后和72小时等上述时间点,分别测量视觉模拟评分(Visual Analog Scale,简称VAS)值,肌肉等长最大收缩力矩(最大静力)和肌肉围度。上述数据应用独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。 结果:对比两组,实验组VAS数值在24小时治疗后和72小时小于对照组,两组差异显著(P0.05),其他时间点两组之间无差异。最大等长肌肉收缩力矩和肌肉的围度在各时间点均未表现出明显差异(P0.05)。 结论:由于肌肉延迟性酸痛(DOMS)发病机制的复杂性和不确定性,艾灸疗法并不能从根本上消除疼痛,但是实验证实了艾灸疗法对运动后肌肉延迟性酸痛有着良好的缓解作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: delayed Onset Muscle pain (DOMS) affects daily physical activity and exercise training, so it is necessary to relieve the pain quickly.By looking up the database, it is found that there are a lot of researches on the treatment methods of DOMS at home and abroad, but because of the uncertainty of its pathogenesis, the curative effect of many treatment methods is not completely clear.In this study, traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion therapy was selected to explore the effect of moxibustion therapy on muscle delayed soreness after exercise.To provide an alternative treatment for the recovery of delayed muscle soreness after physical exercise or exercise training.Methods: after baseline test, 50 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (30 minutes moxibustion treatment at muscle pain point) and control group (30 minutes sham moxibustion therapy at muscle pain point).All subjects were induced by delayed muscle soreness. Visual Analog scale (vas) was measured immediately before and after 24 hours of treatment, 48 hours before treatment and 72 hours after treatment, respectively.Muscle isometric maximum contraction moment (maximum static force) and muscle circumference.The above data were statistically analyzed by independent sample t test.Results: compared with the control group, the value of VAS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 24 hours treatment and 72 hours, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups at other time points.The maximum isometric muscle contraction torque and muscle circumference showed no significant difference at each time point.Conclusion: because of the complexity and uncertainty of the pathogenesis of DOMS, moxibustion therapy can not eliminate the pain fundamentally, but the experiment has proved that moxibustion therapy has a good relief effect on delayed muscle soreness after exercise.
