西安跆拳道馆评价指标体系研究

【摘要】：据西安市体育局的最新统计,西安大大小小的跆拳道培训机构在120家左右,西安市范围内既有合法手续又具有较大规模的道馆也不过五六家,所以有必要建立一个操作性强带有西安本地特征的评价指标体系来寻找西安跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)的不足。本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法及层次分析法(AHP),研究总结了30项影响西安跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)发展的评价指标,然后对30项指标进行分层分类,并分别计算了每项指标的权重,以此构建西安跆拳道馆评价指标体系。通过评价指标体系对西安两家跆拳道馆进行了应用分析。并得出以下结论:1、西安目前跆拳道培训市场比较混乱。造成这样差距的原因是多样的,如教练员准入门槛低、场地条件不完善等。建立一套具有西安本土特色的跆拳道馆评价体系,以量化指标的形式考核跆拳道馆情况,有针对性的解决所存在问题,促进西安跆拳道运动发展。2.本论文所构建的评价体系可用于西安跆拳道馆的自评、他评从宏观和微观两个方面分析优势与不足。同时也可为西安跆拳道馆的建立和发展提供指标,便于人们直观的选择跆拳道馆和跆拳道馆的改进。3.根据本次研究建立的西安跆拳道馆评价指标体系,本文选取两所跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)作为样本,运用本次研究的评价指标体系进行评分评级。通过对两个样本的评分评级,检验了此次评价体系的准确性和可信度。通过研究分析对于西安跆拳道馆的发展提出四点建议:1.建议有关部门加强跆拳道馆的注册审批程序,加强管理跆拳道教练员准入制度。2.建议西安跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)加强管理体系的建设,注重绩效管理,积极组织或参加相关比赛、改善场地环境、加大资金投入、完善奖励制度来提高跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)的总体水平。3.建议建立本地区的跆拳道协会,规范跆拳道考试定级制度,与相关政府部门合作规范收费标准,大力推广跆拳道运动。4.建议西安各跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)在今后的评价中能够对体系不断进行完善,并通过此评价体系从宏观和微观上客观的找出问题,促进跆拳道俱乐部(道馆)的发展。
[Abstract]:According to the latest statistics of the Xi'an Sports Bureau, there are about 120 Taekwondo training institutions in Xi'an, large and small. Within the scope of Xi'an, there are not only five or six Taekwondo training institutions with legal procedures but also a larger scale.Therefore, it is necessary to establish an operational evaluation index system with Xi'an local characteristics to find out the shortcomings of Xi'an Taekwondo Club (Taekwondo).Based on questionnaire survey, expert interview and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper summarizes 30 evaluation indexes that affect the development of Xi'an Taekwondo Club (Taekwondo Club), and then classifies 30 indexes into different levels.The weight of each index is calculated to construct the evaluation index system of Xi'an Taekwondo.This paper analyzes the application of two taekwondo halls in Xi'an through the evaluation index system.And draw the following conclusion: 1, Xi'an Taekwondo training market is more chaotic.The reasons for this gap are diverse, such as low entry barriers for coaches, imperfect site conditions, and so on.To establish a set of taekwondo evaluation system with local characteristics of Xi'an, to assess taekwondo in the form of quantitative indicators, to solve the existing problems, and to promote the development of taekwondo in Xi'an.The evaluation system constructed in this paper can be used in the self-evaluation of Xi'an Taekwondo Hall.At the same time, it can also provide indicators for the establishment and development of Xi'an Taekwondo Hall, which is convenient for people to choose the improvement of Taekwondo and Taekwondo Hall.According to the evaluation index system of Xi'an Taekwondo Hall, this paper selects two Taekwondo clubs (Taekwondo Pavilion) as samples, and uses the evaluation index system of this study to score and grade.The accuracy and reliability of the evaluation system were tested by rating the two samples.Through research and analysis of the development of taekwondo in Xi'an put forward four suggestions: 1.It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the registration and approval procedures of taekwondo and strengthen the management of the entry system of taekwondo coaches.It is suggested that Xi'an Taekwondo Club (Taekwondo Pavilion) should strengthen the construction of management system, pay attention to performance management, actively organize or participate in relevant competitions, improve the environment of the venue, and increase the investment of funds.Improve the reward system to improve the overall level of taekwondo clubs (Taekwondo).It is suggested that the taekwondo association should be established, the grading system of taekwondo examination should be standardized, the fee standard should be standardized in cooperation with relevant government departments, and the Taekwondo sports should be popularized vigorously. 4.It is suggested that every Taekwondo club (Taekwondo Pavilion) in Xi'an can improve the system in the future, and find out the problems objectively from the macro and micro aspects through this evaluation system, and promote the development of Taekwondo Club (Taekwondo Pavilion).
