西南民族大学蹴球运动员心理技能的研究

【摘要】:本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对西南民族大学12名不同性别、不同训练年限、不同性格的优秀蹴球运动员心理技能的焦虑水平、运动中的注意力、运动自信心、运动心理准备、运动动机、团队重要性六个因素进行量化分析、比较、分析,旨在了解优秀蹴球运动员心理技能特征以及影响心理技能的因素。结果发现:优秀蹴球运动员的心理技能在焦虑控制机维度上与常模数据比较差距最大;蹴球运动员心理技能的六个维度与常模数据上都存在明显的差距,差距较大的是焦虑控制,差距较小的是运动心理准备;女蹴球运动员的焦虑水平维度略低于男蹴球运动员,男运动员在焦虑控制上还是较优于女性运动员,男蹴球运动员在心理准备表现上要优于女蹴球运动员,在运动中的注意力水平维度上男蹴球运动员略低于女蹴球运动员,其他维度不具有显著性差异;蹴球运动员训练年限越长运动心理准备得分就越高;不同性格的蹴球运动员在心理技能6个维度上,在运动动机水平上存在显著性差异(P0.05),其他的均不存在显著性差异(P0.05),12名蹴球运动员内向型的得分值偏高;注意力水平较低的是外向性格的蹴球运动员;在自信心维度上,男性的自信心分值比女性略高。基于以上结果做出以下建议:教练员应认真对每一运动员的心理状态进行分析,及时纠正不良的心理问题,并在赛后要求运动员叙述并记录赛前、赛后心理状态,运动表现,方便下次的比赛有良好的心理准备;采取内部动机的训练方法和手段来激发蹴球运动员;教练员应注重培养运动员注意的稳定性、注意的转移、注意的分配、注意的广度并制定科学的长期、短期目标,维持注意力的时间,合理分配注意力,培养蹴球运动员抗干扰能力;教练员应培养运动员焦虑控制能力;注重模拟训练;教练员应发现挖掘不同运动员的性格优势,采用激励机制。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to the anxiety level of psychological skills of 12 outstanding athletes with different genders, different training years and different personalities in Southwest University for nationalities.In order to find out the characteristics of psychological skills of elite ball players and the factors affecting their psychological skills, six factors of attention, self-confidence, preparation, motivation and importance of team are analyzed, compared and analyzed quantitatively in order to understand the characteristics of psychological skills of elite players.The results show that the psychological skills of elite players are significantly different from the norm data in the anxiety control machine dimension, and the six dimensions of the mental skills of the athletes are obviously different from the norm data.The bigger gap is anxiety control, the smaller gap is sports psychological preparation; the anxiety level of female athletes is slightly lower than that of male athletes, male athletes are better than female athletes in anxiety control.The performance of male ball players in psychological preparation was better than that of female ball players, and the attention level of male ball players was slightly lower than that of women ball players in the dimension of attention level, but there was no significant difference in other dimensions.The longer the training years, the higher the score of mental preparation.There was significant difference in the level of sports motivation (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference (P 0.05) in other aspects. The introverted score of 12 ball players was on the high side, the attention level was lower than that of extroverted ball players, and in the dimension of self-confidence, there was no significant difference between them.Men have a slightly higher score of self-confidence than women.Based on the above results, the following suggestions are made: coaches should seriously analyze the psychological state of each athlete, correct the bad psychological problems in time, and ask the athletes to describe and record the psychological state before and after the competition, and to record the sports performance after the match.It is convenient for the next competition to have good psychological preparation; to adopt internal motivation training methods and means to stimulate the players; coaches should pay attention to the training of the attention of the athletes stability, attention transfer, attention distribution,Pay attention to the breadth and formulate scientific long-term, short-term goals, maintain the attention of the time, reasonable distribution of attention, train the anti-interference ability of the players, coaches should cultivate the ability of anxiety control, pay attention to the simulation training;Coaches should find out the personality advantages of different athletes and adopt incentive mechanism.
