广西高校气排球运动开展现状的调查与分析

【摘要】：气排球运动是由6人制排球运动衍生出来的一项群众性体育项目。由于这个运动项目安全系数高、场地设施简单、集健身娱乐于一体,在广西备受青睐,成为广大群众喜闻乐见的重要体育活动形式。在广西气排球盛行的基础上进一步提升气排球运动的层次和水平需要高校体育教育与之相适应,如何为社会培养具备相关体育能力的大学生是广西高校气排球运动发展的当务之急。本文就广西高校气排球运动的发展现状进行了详细调查,针对从高校气排球开展的现状及存在问题方面进行分析,找出其中存在的问题,并通过走访、调研、请教气排球方面的专家,提出合理化的发展对策,力图促进这项运动在广西得到可持续化的发展。同时,通过研究广西高校气排球运动的开展现状和问题,从学校体育层面发现气排球运动在推广中需要关切的问题,有助于气排球运动的整体推广。经过调查研究得知,在整个广西气排球运动蓬勃发展的环境下,广西高校的气排球课程教学稳步发展。具体表现为:场地基本能够满足课程教学需要、课程体系基本合理、课程目标多元、教学时数稳定、教学方法多样、教学内容丰富、教学评价结构合理、师资力量基本能够满足教学需要、教学过程中积极进行教学实践探索、课余活动形式多样、积极进行气排球运动宣传推广。与此同时,广西高校气排球运动在发展过程中还存在着课程设置仍需进一步完善、培训体系不够完善、学生参与积极性有待提高、学校硬件保障不够到位、管理理念有待更新、教师观念有待改善、教师教学能力需要进一步提升等问题。针对广西高校气排球运动开展过程中存在的问题,本文提出以下建议:首先,高校发挥主导作用,一方面,积极探索并完善气排球运动规律,提高该项目的专业化水平,另一方面,合理开设课程,改变观念,提升教学效果,同时,组织教师进行系统业务培训。其次,协会积极引导,在高校成立气排球协会、加强高校协会之间的交流、开展系统的裁判培训。再次,学生积极参与,分层次开展比赛、加强与社区、各行业的交流。
