重振“足球之乡”背景下玉龙县校园足球发展策略研究

【摘要】：2009年国家体育总局和教育部共同下发了《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》,正式启动全国青少年校园足球活动。2014年10月国务院出台《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》,释放出要大力发展校园足球的信息,力争在校园足球方面获得重大突破。2015年3月16日,国务院印发《中国足球改革发展总体方案》,方案强调改革和推进校园足球发展,各地中小学应把足球纳入体育课的教学内容,加大其学时比重,全面推进校园足球普及,促进青少年足球人才规模化成长。自此,足球改革已上升为国家的战略部署,我国校园足球迎来发展的黄金时期。玉龙县在校园足球的改革浪潮中也紧跟步伐,2014年玉龙县委、县人民政府提出“加强玉龙县青少年的校园足球工作、再造足球名片,重振足球之乡”的要求。在这重振“足球之乡”的大背景下,为促进校园足球活动的健康发展,本文主要以玉龙县校园足球发展策略为研究问题,运用AHP-SWOT分析法将人的主观意识用数字的形式表现出来,定性与定量相结合,系统分析出玉龙县校园足球发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,根据分析结果构建玉龙县校园足球发展的SWOT策略图,目的是找出适合玉龙县校园足球发展的策略,为有关部门的决策提供理论参考。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、AHP-SWOT分析法、数理统计法等方法,对玉龙县校园足球的发展进行深入探讨。经过研究分析发现:目前,玉龙县校园足球的发展优势和劣势同在,机遇与挑战并存,且机遇和优势大于挑战和劣势。因此,玉龙县校园足球未来的发展应以S-O策略、W-O策略、S-T策略和W-T策略为主要的发展方向,正确把握玉龙县校园足球活动向更好、更快、更强的方向发展。
[Abstract]:In 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on developing the National Youth Campus Football activities, which officially launched the National Youth Campus Football activities. In October 2014, the State Council issued the < on speeding up the Development of physical EducationSome opinions on Industry promoting Sports consumption, releasing the message of vigorously developing Campus Football,On March 16, 2015, the State Council issued the "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football", which emphasizes the reform and promotion of the development of campus football. Primary and secondary schools in various localities should incorporate football into the teaching content of physical education.Increase the proportion of school hours, comprehensively promote the popularity of campus football, promote youth football talent scale growth.Since then, football reform has become the strategic deployment of the country, and campus football in China ushered in a golden period of development.Yulong County has also kept pace in the reform of campus football. In 2014, the Yulong County Committee and the county people's government put forward the requirement of "strengthening the campus football work of young people in Yulong County, reinventing football business cards and revitalizing the hometown of football".In order to promote the healthy development of campus football activities, this paper mainly takes the development strategy of Yulong County campus football as the research problem, and uses AHP-SWOT analysis method to display the subjective consciousness of people in the form of numbers, in order to promote the healthy development of campus football activities.Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Yulong County campus football, and constructs the SWOT strategy map of Yulong County campus football development according to the analysis results.The aim of this paper is to find out the suitable strategy for the development of campus football in Yulong County, and to provide theoretical reference for the relevant departments.Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, AHP-SWOT analysis and mathematical statistics, the development of campus football in Yulong County is discussed in this paper.Through the research and analysis, it is found that at present, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Yulong County campus football are with each other, the opportunities and challenges coexist, and the opportunities and advantages are greater than the challenges and weaknesses.Therefore, the future development of campus football in Yulong County should take S-O strategy, W-O strategy, S-T strategy and W-T strategy as the main developing direction, and correctly grasp the direction of better, faster and stronger development of Yulong County campus football activities.
