对哈尔滨体育学院田径专修学生教学技能的调查分析

【摘要】:教学技能是教师工作的基本技能,整个教学过程的实施就是依靠教师的各种教学技能来展开,教学技能对于想从事体育教师的大学生来说是即将面对的教学工作中必不可少的教学工具。哈尔滨体育学院田径专修学生就业方向主要是体育教师。对此,本文采取文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,通过对哈尔滨体育学院2013级田径专修实习生实习学校指导老师的问卷调查,对体育教学技能的各个方面进行分析,经调查得出以下结论:1.哈尔滨体育学院田径专修学生教学设计技能、教案书写技能、看评课技能、课堂教学技能总体上一般,相较而言项目运动技能较好一些。2.田径专修学生对教学设计技能里的指导思想理解的较为准确,但是对教学流程的把握和教材的分析还不够准确。在教案书写时,教学目标、内容主题、教师学生活动、安全保障、教学要求、密度强度这几方面的设计相对来说比较合理,在教案书写其他方面表现一般,只能做到最基本的书写教案的任务。在看、评课技能方面,大部分学生基本上都可以总结出教学过程中存在的优缺点,但能对优缺点原因进行细致分析和提出改进措施的学生较少。3.在专项运动技能方面,田径专修学生本专项运动技能较好;在以三大球类为例的球类运动中,整体上篮球和排球技能稍好一些,足球技能相对较差。4.在课堂教学方面,学生表现出了一定的课堂教学能力。学生在教学内容技能方面,总体可以说是中规中矩,相对来说较为传统;而在教学方法技能方面,学生并没有运用更深层次的教学方法,只是用一些基本的教学方法如示范法、讲解法,教学方法总体来说较为单调;在教学组织与管理方面,实习生能够很好的控制运动负荷并有一定的控班能力,但其他方面还有待提高;学生在教学过程中时做出学习评价及时准确;在教学的其他细节方面,学生的教态、口令、预防和纠错能力都不错,但是吹哨技能距离一名优秀的教师还有明显的差距。5.哈尔滨体育学院田径专修实习生的教育实习存在多方面的问题,其中包括形式单一,时间不足等,实习内容也不够丰富。实习生的教育实习缺乏相对充足、稳定的实习基地。
[Abstract]:Teaching skills are the basic skills of teachers' work. The implementation of the whole teaching process depends on the teachers' various teaching skills. Teaching skills are an indispensable teaching tool for college students who want to engage in physical education. Harbin Institute of physical Education track and field students in the direction of employment is mainly physical education teachers. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze all aspects of PE teaching skills through the questionnaire survey to the guidance teachers of track and field intern practice school in Harbin physical Education Institute of Grade 2013. The following conclusion was drawn from the investigation: 1. Harbin Institute of physical Education track and field students' teaching design skills, teaching plan writing skills, reading and evaluation skills, classroom teaching skills in general, compared with the sports skills are better. 2. Track and field students understand the guiding ideology of teaching design skills more accurately, but the understanding of teaching flow and the analysis of teaching materials are not accurate enough. In the writing of teaching plans, the design of teaching objectives, content themes, teacher and student activities, safety and security, teaching requirements, density and intensity are relatively reasonable. Can only do the most basic task of writing teaching plans. In view of the evaluation of skills, most students can basically sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching process, but the reasons for the advantages and disadvantages of the students can be carefully analyzed and proposed improvement measures. 3. In terms of specific sports skills, track and field students have better specific sports skills; in ball games with three ball classes, the overall basketball and volleyball skills are slightly better, and football skills are relatively poor. 4. In the classroom teaching aspect, the student has displayed the certain classroom teaching ability. In terms of teaching content and skills, students in general can be said to be regular and relatively more traditional. In terms of teaching methods and skills, students do not use deeper teaching methods, but only use some basic teaching methods such as the Model Law. In teaching organization and management, interns can control sports load well and have certain ability of controlling class, but other aspects still need to be improved. In other details of teaching, the students' ability of teaching, command, prevention and error correction are all good, but whistling skills are still far from a good teacher. There are many problems in the teaching practice of track and field intern in Harbin Institute of physical Education, including single form, lack of time and so on, and the content of practice is not rich enough. The intern's education practice lacks the relative adequacy, the stable practice base.
