“快易网球”教学法在少年儿童阶段的实验研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着网球人口的迅猛增加,原有的教学模式在网球人口的增加和对网球教学质量的要求上已经不能满足需要了。快易网球的概念在2007年被国际网球联合会首先提出来,这是一项新的研究成果,其主要就是为了稳定网球人口特别是防止初学者容易放弃锻炼为主要目的。快易网球训练方法可以让初学者们迅速的、有效的接受网球的基本的技术技能,这是一种区别传统教学模式的一种全新模式,符合新世纪特点下的一种教学方法,确保了网球教学的效果,易于实现所设定的教学目标。为了让孩子更好的健康发展和培养孩子顽强拼搏的精神,更多的家长选择让孩子练习网球,孩子们的参与程度也是愈加的强烈,尤其是在周末或者是假期的时候家长愿意把孩子送到俱乐部进行短暂的训练以增加孩子的兴趣和技战术水平。网球运动不仅能够提升少年儿童的身体素质,而且可以让少年儿童掌握一项运动技能,如果发展的好可以利用网球运动来实现少年儿童终生体育的目的。正是在这样的背景下,快易网球的训练新模式在少年儿童网球训练中得到了广泛的应用。本文主要采用文献资料法、实验对照法、数理分析法等研究方法对网球的快易教学方法进行全方位的研究。以商丘市奥园网球俱乐部2015届参加训练的儿童为主要的研究对象,通过实验对比以及其他方法综合应用得到了以下的结论:第一,快易网球的教学模式可以有效的促进少年儿童的学习积极性,并通过短暂的学习可以获得浓厚的兴趣;第二,快易网球教学模式符合新世纪少年儿童的心理特点,可以在最大的程度上提升教学质量,提升课堂上师生的双边互动;第三,通过实验可以发现,实验组在通过快易网球训练后可以在短暂的时间内掌握网球运动技术,提高了学习的效果;第四,通过最终的实验数据的采集可以发现,在摆臂引拍,迎球挥拍,随势挥拍等技术动作的标准上可以看出和对照组有比较明显的差异;第五,通过教学实验可以发现实验组在各项基本技术的掌握上都明显的好于参照组。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid increase of tennis population, the original teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of the increase of tennis population and the requirement of tennis teaching quality. The concept of fast tennis was first put forward by the International Tennis Federation in 2007. It is a new research result, which is mainly aimed at stabilizing the tennis population, especially preventing beginners from giving up exercise easily. The fast and easy tennis training method allows beginners to quickly and effectively accept the basic technical skills of tennis, which is a completely new model that distinguishes the traditional teaching mode and conforms to the characteristics of the new century. Ensure the effect of tennis teaching, easy to achieve the set teaching goals. In order to make the children better healthy development and cultivate the children's tenacious fighting spirit, more parents choose to let their children practice tennis, and the children's participation is becoming more and more intense. Especially during weekends and holidays, parents are willing to send their children to clubs for short training to increase their interest and skills. Tennis can not only improve the physical quality of children, but also enable children to master a sports skills, if the development of good can use tennis to achieve the purpose of lifelong sports for children. It is under this background that the new training model of fast tennis is widely used in children's tennis training. This article mainly uses the literature method, the experiment contrast method, the mathematical analysis method and so on research method carries on the omni-directional research to the tennis quick and easy teaching method. Taking the children who took part in the training of the 2015 Aoyuan Tennis Club of Shangqiu City as the main research object, the following conclusions are obtained through the experimental comparison and other comprehensive application: first, The teaching model of fast tennis can effectively promote the enthusiasm of children to learn, and through a short period of study can get strong interest. Second, the teaching mode of fast tennis matches the psychological characteristics of children in the new century. Can improve the teaching quality to the greatest extent, enhance the bilateral interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. Thirdly, through the experiment, we can find that the experimental group can master the tennis skills in a short time after passing through the fast tennis training. Fourth, through the final experimental data collection, we can find that there are obvious differences between the control group and the swing arm swing, the swing with the ball, the swing with the potential, and other technical action standards; fifth, we can find that there are significant differences between the control group and the control group in the swing arm swing, the welcome ball swing, the swing with the potential swing and so on. Through the teaching experiment, we can find that the experimental group is better than the reference group in mastering the basic technology.
