悬吊训练对青年人群肌肉疲劳程度的肌电特征分析

【摘要】:目的:表面肌电图的应用已经得到了广泛认可,特别是在医疗与体育科学研究领域,目前已经成为体育研究的常用技术和指标。本文通过对悬吊练习与平地练习的比较,针对完成这两种练习参与的肌肉进行表面肌电的疲劳程度分析,了解悬吊练习与平地练习的区别,从中找到科学的依据,对竞技运动员和教练员,大众健身人群提供相关的数据理论支持与技术帮助。方法:本文选取正常形态,身体健康的男大学生青年40人,应用无线便携式8导表面机电仪和无线心率测试系统,对受试者的三角肌、肱三头肌、胸大肌和腹直肌进行肌电信号与运动状态心率的采集。通过相关的软件进行数据的截取与分析。根据悬吊练习的特点,结合大众健身的简易动作,设计出四个动作模式进行测试。结果:对四种动作对人体四个部位的肌肉进行肌电疲劳特征分析,1.俯卧撑动作在悬吊组与平地组均具有显著的疲劳特征,两种练习方法均可锻炼胸大肌,肱三头肌。2.仰卧起坐动作的疲劳特征不具有显著特征,也就是说,对于仰卧起坐动作来说两种练习方法均没有特别的帮助。3.侧位举动作在悬吊组当中具有显著意义,该组可以应用这个动作进行训练,不仅可以增加核心部位的力量,而且同时增加上肢的力量,平地组没有其效果。结论:从整体动作对肌肉群的肌电特征分析来看,悬吊练习对核心部位肌肉力量的发展效果更为有效,建议各体育单位可以结合运动员身体素质的实际情况和专项特点,采用悬吊练习进行有针对性训练。可以制作简易悬吊绳进行推广,发展大众体育锻炼。可以根据健身条件和环境,选择平地练习或悬吊练习。做为大众健身领域可以进行大范围的普及与推广,特别是对青年人群的健康具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: the application of surface electromyography (EMG) has been widely recognized, especially in the field of medical and sports science. Through the comparison between suspension exercise and flat ground exercise, this paper analyzes the fatigue degree of the surface electromyography of the muscles involved in the two exercises, and finds out the difference between the suspension exercise and the flat ground exercise, and finds out the scientific basis. Provide relevant data theory support and technical help to competitive athletes and coaches, mass fitness crowd. Methods: in this paper, 40 healthy male college students in normal form were selected. The triceps triceps and deltoid muscles of the subjects were measured by wireless portable 8 guide surface machine and wireless heart rate test system. The electromyography and heart rate were collected from pectoralis major and rectus abdominis. Intercept and analyze the data through related software. According to the characteristics of suspension exercise, combined with the simple movement of mass fitness, four action modes were designed for test. Results: the characteristics of myoelectric fatigue in four parts of human body muscle were analyzed. Push-ups have obvious fatigue characteristics in suspension group and flat ground group. The two methods can exercise the pectoralis major muscle and triceps brachii muscle. The fatigue characteristics of sit-ups are not significant, that is to say, neither of the two methods is of special help to sit-ups. The lateral lift movement has significant significance in the suspension group. The group can use this action to train it not only to increase the strength of the core but also to increase the strength of the upper limb. The flat ground group has no effect. Conclusion: from the analysis of the electromyography characteristics of the whole movement to the muscle group, the suspension exercise is more effective for the development of the muscle strength in the core part. It is suggested that the sports units can combine the actual situation and the special characteristics of the athletes' physical quality. Use suspension exercises to carry out targeted training. Simple suspension rope can be made to promote the development of mass physical exercise. According to the fitness conditions and environment, choose flat ground exercise or suspension exercise. As a popular fitness field, it can be widely popularized and popularized, especially for the health of young people.
