运城市传统武术现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】：传统武术是体现华夏民族特征的、优秀的人体文化,它在中国文化的氛围中产生、发展,以独特的形式绵延数千年,是具有丰富文化内涵的民族优秀文化遗产,是军队用来作战,人民用来自我防卫的有效手段,是广大人民群众养生健身的良好方法。在民国时期,它是民族独立、国家崛起所不可或缺的一部分。而现在传统武术中的有关传统与民族文化的部分都在逐渐减少,西方体育等舶来文化的影响却在逐渐增大,基本占据了中国体育市场的主体位置,目前传统武术的消逝已然成为一个不容忽视的现实难题。党的十八大以来,国家更加重视中国传统文化的传承与发展。2017年1月25日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》,其中多次提到了中华武术、传统体育的传承发展意见,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。笔者认为政府对中华武术与传统体育的重视,不仅有利于传统武术的发展,而且为推动建设社会主义文化强国,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有现实意义。本文以运城市传统武术的发展现状为研究对象,主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法和实地考查法等研究方法。通过对运城市传统武术的调查,厘清了运城市传统武术的发展现状,继而对调查后的数据进行了整理分析,根据现存在的问题,并结合政府的相关文件,对运城市传统武术的发展提出了相应的对策。以期可以为运城市传统武术的发展做出些许贡献。笔者对运城市传统武术现状的调查结果进行了整理分析后得出:从练习的人群上看,男性多于女性,习练者大多集中于退休的中老年人;从拳种的选择结合习练者对传统武术功能价值的认知上看,运城市传统武术的功能价值已由最初的防身自卫、保家卫国逐渐转变为强身健体、缓解压力的一种生活方式;从练习的场地来看,习练者大多集中于公园;获取途径主要是师传;从调查结果可以看出运城市传统武术习练者对于传统武术是十分热爱的,但是对传统文化的认知却极少;大多数运城市传统武术习练者认为当地传统武术发展的一般或者不好,整理分析他们眼中的制约传统武术发展的因素可分为自身因素与社会因素,其中自身因素有:拳师只教其法,不授其理;缺乏专业的教练员;武术比赛的组织管理松散,竞赛规则不够完善;练法单一,技术内容陈旧等。社会因素有:运城市政府及相关部门不够重视;大社会环境的改变;宣传力度不够;受外来体育的冲击;部分大师为盈利自我吹嘘过度,对传统武术造成了一定的负面影响等。习武者根据这些因素提出了一些相应的对策,总结如下:加强传统武术理论体系的研究,使其具有科学性;传统武术套路简单化;政府给予一定的经济支持,多举办武术比赛;提高传授者的文化水平,改变教学方式等。虽然大多数习武者认为运城市传统武术的现状不容乐观,但调查发现,68.7%的传统武术习练者对于运城市传统武术未来的发展是持积极的态度的。有了政府的大力支持,笔者对传统武术未来的发展信心十足。笔者就运城市传统武术发展中存在的主要问题,并结合习武者给出的建议,对运城市传统武术的发展提出以下针对性的建议:深入阐发传统武术的文化精髓;将传统武术教学贯穿国民教育始终;保护传承传统武术文化遗产;将传统武术项目纳入全民健身工程;在“互联网+”的背景下,加大对传统武术的宣传力度;加强组织领导与政策保障;充分调动全社会的积极性、创造性。
[Abstract]:Traditional Wushu, which embodies the characteristics of the Chinese nation, is an excellent human culture. It is produced and developed in the atmosphere of Chinese culture. It extends for thousands of years in a unique form. It is a national excellent cultural heritage with rich cultural connotation. It is an effective means used by the army and the people to defend themselves. It is the good health of the people. Good method. In the period of the Republic of China, it was an indispensable part of national independence and the rise of the state. But the traditional and national culture parts of traditional Wushu are gradually decreasing, but the influence of western sports and other imported culture is gradually increasing, which basically occupies the main position of the Chinese physical education market, and the traditional Wushu is disappearing at present. It has become a practical problem that can not be ignored. Since the eighteen party, the state has paid more attention to the heritage and development of Chinese traditional culture in January 25th, the office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the office of the State Council issued the opinion on the implementation of the excellent traditional culture of Chinese culture and development project, which mentioned many times in Chinese martial arts and traditional culture. The author believes that the government's attention to the Chinese martial arts and traditional sports is not only conducive to the development of traditional Wushu, but also is of practical significance to the Chinese dream of building a socialist cultural power and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper takes the development status of traditional Wushu as the research object, mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, expert interview and field examination. Through the investigation of the traditional Wushu in Yuncheng, it clarifies the development status of the traditional Wushu in the city, and then the number after the investigation. According to the analysis and analysis, according to the existing problems and the relevant government documents, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the development of the traditional Wushu in Yuncheng. In order to make some contributions to the development of the traditional Wushu in Yuncheng, the author of the investigation of the present situation of the traditional Wushu in Yuncheng has made a conclusion: from the practice There are more men than women, and most of the practitioners are concentrated in the retired middle-aged and old people. Well, the factors that restrict the development of traditional Wushu in their eyes can be divided into self factors and social factors. Among them, the self factors are: the boxer only teaches its law, does not teach it, lacks the professional coaches; the organization and management of the Wushu competition is loose, the rules of the competition are not perfect; the practice is single, the technical content is old, and so on. The social factors are: Yuncheng The government and relevant departments do not pay enough attention to the changes of the great social environment; the publicity is not enough; the impact of foreign sports; some masters have made a certain negative influence on the traditional Wushu, which have caused a certain negative influence on the traditional Wushu. To make it scientific, the traditional Wushu routine is simple, the government gives certain economic support, more Wushu competitions, improve the cultural level of the imparters, and change the way of teaching. Although most of the martial arts people think that the present situation of traditional Wushu in Yuncheng is not optimistic, the survey found that 68.7% of the traditional Wushu practitioners are passing on the city of Yuncheng.
