多方向移动训练对普通高校大学生散打步法移动速度影响的研究

【摘要】:多方向移动训练是练习者在运动中迅速反应和用最短时间完成某个动作的能力的一种训练,利用标点器材和特有方法进行各种动作练习,对提高步法移动能力训练有很大影响。步法是调整和对手距离的主要手段,如果想击中对方,必须通过步法的移动得到合适的距离。步法在实战中一是配合攻防技术的运用,达到攻防效果;二是保持身体在动态中的平衡以及和对手的有效距离。多方向移动练习是若干个单一移动技术复合体,也是力量、速度、灵敏和协调等素质的综合体现,国外多方向移动训练方法获得普遍认可。本文以不同的多方向移动训练方法为研究对象,分析多方向移动训练对普通高校大学生散打步法移动速度的影响。通过多方向训练最大限度地使学生的步法移动速度与身体灵敏素质得到提高,通过训练提高学生日常运动中快速反应能力、身体协调性和运动中对身体控制能力。本文采用文献资料法、演绎和归纳法、实验法、数理统计法,分析多方向移动训练的理念与现状以及多方向移动训练在普通高校散打选修课步法教学中应用可行性,探索多方向移动训练在普通高校体育课中的实践运用。以北京信息科技大学15级选修课16名学生为实验对象,把学生平均分为两组,两组实验者的训练基本技术内容相同,准备部分的准备活动内容不同,对照组采用跑圈和做操,实验组在准备活动中以身体功能训练的动态和静态拉伸为主。结果表明:1、多方向移动训练结合普通高校体育教学实践研究,具有存在的价值和意义。2、通过对身体功能训练理念、方法和手段的引进和改造,认为多方向移动训练适合普通高校大学生的身体锻炼,丰富了体育教学内容,在提高学生身体素质方面多方向移动训练实验组成绩优于传统方法训练对照组成绩,实验组学生成绩进步幅度明显。3、长期多方向移动训练对学生下肢的移动、加速、制动能力提高明显,多方向移动训练使学生两侧下肢更加的协调,肌肉链之间的配合更加顺畅运动顺序更加合理,运动过程中能量损失少,促进了学生成绩的提高。
[Abstract]:Multi-directional movement training is a kind of training that can react quickly in the movement and complete a certain movement in the shortest time. Using punctuation equipment and special methods to carry out various movement exercises has a great influence on the training of improving the movement ability of footwork. Footwork is the main way to adjust the distance between the opponent and the opponent. If you want to hit the opponent, you must get the right distance through the movement of the footwork. In actual combat, one is to cooperate with the application of attack and defense technology to achieve the effect of attack and defense, the other is to maintain the balance of the body in the dynamic and the effective distance from the opponent. Multi-directional mobile training is a complex of several single mobile technologies, and it is also a comprehensive embodiment of the qualities of strength, speed, agility and coordination. The methods of multi-directional mobile training abroad are generally recognized. In this paper, different multi-direction mobile training methods are taken as the research object to analyze the effect of multi-direction mobile training on the movement speed of Sanda footwork of college students. The students' walking speed and physical agility can be improved as much as possible through multi-direction training, and the students' ability of quick reaction, physical coordination and physical control in daily exercise can be improved by training. This paper analyzes the concept and present situation of multi-direction mobile training and the feasibility of applying multi-directional mobile training in the teaching of Sanda elective course step method in colleges and universities by using the methods of literature, deduction and induction, experiment and mathematical statistics. This paper explores the practical application of multi-directional mobile training in physical education courses in colleges and universities. Taking 16 students in the elective course of Grade 15 of Beijing University of Information Science and Technology as experimental objects, the students were divided into two groups on average. The basic technical contents of the two groups were the same, and the preparatory activities of the preparatory part were different. The control group used running circles and doing exercises. In the experimental group, the dynamic and static stretching of physical function training was the main part in the preparation activities. The results show that the study of multi-direction mobile training combined with the practice of physical education teaching in colleges and universities has the value and significance of existence. Through the introduction and transformation of the concept, methods and means of physical function training, It is considered that the multi-directional mobile training is suitable for the physical exercise of college students and enriches the content of physical education. The results of the experimental group of multi-directional mobile training in improving the students' physical quality are better than those of the control group in the traditional training method. In the experimental group, the improvement range of the students' achievement was obvious. 3. The long-term multi-direction movement training improved the movement, acceleration and braking ability of the lower limbs of the students, and the multi-direction movement training made the lower limbs on both sides of the students more harmonious. The cooperation between the muscle chains is more reasonable and the energy loss in the exercise process is less, which promotes the improvement of the students' performance.
