我国全民健身的网络支持与应用

【摘要】：随着互联网的普及和民众对健身运动的热衷,以网络媒介为主要载体的健身活动悄然兴起,推动了全民健身与网络的深度融合。运用文献查阅法和专家访谈法等,通过分析全民健身与网络的结合现状,对全民健身与网络的高度契合性进行论证。以全民健身与网络技术的联动支持为理论背景,合理设计全民健身与网络支持的基本架构,在电子档案管理、信息技术保障、健身数据云分析、健身处方建立等方面进行阐释。研究认为:网络健身应优化内部组织结构、完善网络健身法规监管机制、打造网络健身品牌影响力、构建网络健身数据平台,保障全民健身与网络信息资源同步发展。研究结果对我国网络健身行业的可持续发展具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet and the enthusiasm of the public for fitness activities, the network media as the main carrier of fitness activities quietly rising, promoting the deep integration of national fitness and the network. Through analyzing the current situation of the combination of the national fitness and the network, this paper demonstrates the high compatibility between the national fitness and the network by using the methods of literature reference and expert interview. Based on the theoretical background of the linkage support of national fitness and network technology, the basic framework of national fitness and network support is designed rationally. It is explained in the aspects of electronic file management, information technology guarantee, data cloud analysis of fitness, establishment of fitness prescription and so on. The research suggests that the network fitness should optimize the internal organization structure, perfect the supervision mechanism of the network fitness laws and regulations, build the influence of the network fitness brand, construct the network fitness data platform, and ensure the simultaneous development of the national fitness and the network information resources. The results have important reference value for the sustainable development of the network fitness industry in China.
