我国竞技体育优势项目形成与发展的动力驱动研究

【摘要】：优势项目的发展推动了竞技体育水平的极大提升。运用文献资料法等,从理论创新、实践创新和制度创新三个维度对优势项目成功经验进行梳理和总结。研究认为:项目竞争优势要素的集成创新是核心动力驱动,构建以技术创新驱动、战略创新驱动、资源配置创新驱动、竞争机制创新驱动、"人治-法治-善治"管理方式创新驱动、"扁平化-团队化-网络化"组织结构创新驱动、"品德-知识-能力-业绩"教练综合评价创新驱动的创新驱动模型;就集成创新的动力驱动要素进行分析,探索优势项目发展的规律及内在逻辑,为体育项目的发展提供理论参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The development of the advantage item has promoted the athletics sports level to raise greatly. By using the method of literature and materials, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of the superior projects from the three dimensions of theoretical innovation, practical innovation and institutional innovation. The research holds that the integration innovation of the competitive advantage elements of the project is the core driving force, and the construction is driven by technological innovation, strategic innovation and resource allocation innovation.
