浙江景宁畲族传统体育开发应用研究

【摘要】：我国每一个不同的民族都有自己丰富的非物质文化遗产,它是世代相传活的文化。畲族传统体育作为民族非物质文化的一部分,是畲族人民日常生产生活不可分割的一部分。畲族传统体育是畲民们在生产生活实践中,改造自然环境及其人类自身的智慧结晶,和现代体育一样能增强人们的体质,还有利于民族的团结。随着畲族聚居地经济文化环境的变迁,现在畲族传统体育面临传承人断层、文化传承停滞、功能地位转变等问题。为了保护畲族独特的体育文化资源,遵循我国非物质文化遗产保护的要求,本研究运用民族学、民族体育学相关理论,以浙江景宁畲族传统体育为研究对象,通过对畲族传统体育的概况、内容、特色优势、价值和实践应用等诸多方面的研究,探寻其中发展规律,并对浙江景宁畲族传统体育在社会发展过程中的开发应用进行研究,在研究中采用田野调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等调查研究方法。同时运用人类文化学、社会学和经济学相关理论与研究方法,通过登门拜访、实地考察、参与各种文化活动和民俗节庆,记录原始的项目与故事。对浙江景宁畲族传统体育开发和应用状况、文化结构进行研究剖析,并把事物放置于事物本身存在的原生环境下进行观察与分析,对其流传历史、形成基础以及现状进行描述。丰富浙江景宁畲族传统体育的文化内涵,提升社会应用价值。本文通过研究发现：1.浙江景宁畲族传统体育起源于农耕生产、生活习俗、婚姻爱情、宗教信仰等,有着深厚的历史文化底蕴,富有健身性、艺术性、娱乐性等特点。2.通过畲族传统体育校本课程开发,开展畲族传统体育与音乐、民俗结合创新,激发了广大青少年的运动兴趣,学生在赋有激情和快节奏的运动旋律中提高练习密度、增加运动强度,改善学生生理机能和体质健康水平。通过校园畲族传统体育文化活动设计创新,丰富学校体育教育资源,引领体育教育创新,促进畲族传统体育技术传承和文化传播。3.通过对畲族传统体育健身推广、健身方法、运动竞赛场地器材、运动竞赛规则开发创新,丰富了大众健身和运动竞赛的内容。引领全民健身新理念,推动全民健身有效开展和社会和谐发展。4.通过对浙江景宁畲族传统体育开发优势分析,将畲族传统体育旅游与当地现有的旅游资源和民俗节庆活动等相结合。打造畲族传统体育旅游品牌,推动浙江旅游产业多元化和社会经济持续发展。
[Abstract]:Every different nation in our country has its own rich intangible cultural heritage. It is a living culture from generation to generation. The traditional sports of the She nationality, as part of the national intangible culture, is an inseparable part of the daily production and life of the She people. The She people's traditional sports are the changes of the natural environment and their natural environment in the practice of production and life. The wisdom crystallization of human beings, as well as modern sports, can enhance the people's physique and benefit the unity of the people. With the change of the economic and cultural environment of the She people's habitation, the she traditional sports face the problems of inheritor's fault, the stagnation of cultural inheritance and the change of the function status. In order to protect the unique sports cultural resources of the She nationality, I follow me. The requirement of national intangible cultural heritage protection, this study uses ethnology and national sports theory, taking the traditional sports of She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang as the research object. Through the research on the general situation, content, characteristic advantage, value and practical application of the she traditional sports, explore the law of development, and pass on the spread of the She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang. The development and application of traditional sports in the process of social development are studied. In the study, the research methods, such as field investigation, literature and interview, are used in the research. At the same time, the theories and methods of human culture, sociology and economics are used. The original project and story. The research and analysis of the development and application of the traditional sports of the She people in Jingning, Zhejiang, the cultural structure, and the observation and analysis of the things in the original environment of the thing itself, and the description of its history, the foundation and the present situation. The cultural connotation of the traditional sports of the She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang is enriched. Promotion of social application value. This article through the study found: 1. Zhejiang Jingning she traditional sports originated from agricultural production, life customs, marriage and love, religious belief, and so on, has a profound historical and cultural background, rich in fitness, artistry, entertainment and other characteristics.2. through the she traditional sports school-based curriculum development, the she traditional sports and the development of the She nationality Music, folk custom combined with innovation, stimulate the interest of the majority of young people, students in the passion and fast rhythm of the movement to improve the exercise density, increase the intensity of sports, improve the students' physiological function and physical health level. Through the traditional sports cultural activities of the She Minority in the campus, design innovation, enrich the school sports education resources, lead Sports Education innovation, promote the traditional sports technology inheritance and cultural transmission of the She nationality.3. through the traditional sports fitness promotion, fitness methods, sports competition venues equipment, sports competition rules development innovation, enrich the mass fitness and sports competition content, lead the new concept of national fitness, promote the effective development of national fitness and social harmonious hair By analyzing the advantages of the traditional sports development of the She people in Jingning, Zhejiang, the traditional sports tourism of the She nationality is combined with the local tourism resources and folk festival activities. The traditional sports tourism brand of the She nationality will be created to promote the diversification of tourism industry and the sustainable development of the social economy in Zhejiang.
