北京市昌平区篮球裁判队伍现状分析与培养对策研究

【摘要】：篮球裁判工作是篮球运动的一个重要组成部分,与篮球运动是同时产生且相互促进和相互作用的。篮球裁判员的培养也对篮球运动的发展起到至关重要的作用。现如今伴随着中国篮球运动综合实力的提高以及比赛质量的逐渐提升,篮球裁判员的培养也比以往更重要了。北京市昌平区篮球裁判员队伍发展和培养情况总体较好,但在建设和培养上依然存在一些问题。篮球规则的实质在于完善和促进比赛的标准性、公平性、合理性,多样性,增加比赛的激烈性和精彩性,使人们对篮球比赛更具支持性和观赏性,保持篮球运动持久力和生命力；篮球裁判员是篮球规则的执行者和决策者,需要将篮球运动的良好品质发扬光大；坚决抵制和反对暴力、野蛮的比赛行为,促进篮球运动健康、持续的发展。北京市昌平区篮球裁判员需要解决培养所面临的困难和今后的发展问题,统一和完善篮球裁判员的培养体系。通过加大制度改革,再通过外界的不断支持和帮助,使昌平区篮球裁判队伍发展更规范。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对昌平区篮球裁判队伍进行调查分析,得出了以下结论：1.北京市昌平区篮球裁判员主要以20—50岁之间的这一年龄段为主,裁判队伍中以教师为主力军,高校、中学的教师是裁判员重要组成部分。裁判员执裁年限一般集中在5—25年。2.北京市昌平区篮球裁判员培养中存在的问题：裁判员的级别结构不合理,昌平区没有一名国家级裁判员,主要以一、二级裁判员为主,裁判员队伍人数相对比较少,执裁高水平比赛经验也不足,在培养裁判员的周期,培训次数,培训时间以及形式等方面存在一些问题,裁判员的考核制度有待完善、考核形式有待改革等。3.根据北京市昌平区的实际情况和裁判员培养中存在的问题,明确提出裁判员选材、选拔、监督、培养等对策。昌平区裁判员需要向年轻化和规范化方向发展,因此,这就需要昌平区的体育部门拓宽改革思路,使整个昌平区篮球裁判队伍得到更好的提高和发展。以北京市昌平区体育局为主,结合昌平区的实际情况为辅,在现有的制度上作出改进,使其更加完善。昌平区作为北京市内的一份子,建立、健全适合昌平区篮球裁判员的培养体系是昌平区篮球运动发展的需要,是社会体育运动改革的重要内容,也是该地区全民健身发展的迫切需求。昌平区篮球裁判员培养体系的建立能促进昌平区篮球裁判队伍更好的发展,以期为北京市昌平区及远郊区县篮球裁判队伍建设提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Basketball referee work is an important part of basketball, and basketball is produced at the same time and mutual promotion and interaction. The training of basketball referees also plays a vital role in the development of basketball. Nowadays, with the improvement of Chinese basketball comprehensive strength and competition quality, the training of basketball referees is more important than ever. The development and training of basketball referees in Changping District of Beijing is good on the whole, but there are still some problems in the construction and cultivation of basketball referees. The essence of basketball rules is to improve and promote the standard, fairness, rationality, diversity, increase the intensity and brilliance of the game, and make people more supportive and appreciative of basketball games. Basketball referees are the executors and decision makers of basketball rules, and need to carry forward the good quality of basketball; resolutely resist and oppose violence and barbaric game behavior, and promote the health of basketball. Sustained development The basketball referees in Changping District of Beijing need to solve the difficulties of training and the problems of future development, and unify and perfect the training system of basketball referees. Through the reform of the system and the continuous support and help from the outside world, the basketball referee team in Changping District is more standardized. This article uses the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, the mathematical statistics method, carries on the investigation and analysis to the Changping district basketball referee team, has obtained the following conclusion: 1. The basketball referees in Changping District of Beijing are mainly between 20 and 50 years of age. The main force of the referees is teachers. The teachers in universities and middle schools are the important parts of referees. Referees usually hold the award in 5-25 years. 2. The problems existing in the training of basketball referees in Changping District of Beijing: the level structure of the referees is unreasonable, there is no one national referee in Changping District, mainly the first and second class referees, and the number of referees is relatively small. There are some problems in the period of training referees, training times, training time and form, etc. The evaluation system of referees needs to be improved, and the form of assessment needs to be reformed. According to the actual situation of Changping District of Beijing and the problems existing in the training of referees, the countermeasures of selecting, supervising and cultivating referees are put forward. The referees of Changping District need to be younger and more standardized, therefore, it is necessary for the sports department of Changping District to broaden the reform ideas so as to improve and develop the basketball referee team in Changping District. Taking Changping District Sports Bureau of Beijing as the main part and combining the actual situation of Changping District as a supplement, the existing system is improved to make it more perfect. As a member of Beijing, Changping District should establish and perfect the training system of basketball referees suitable for Changping District. It is the need of the development of basketball in Changping District and the important content of social sports reform. It is also an urgent need for the development of national fitness in this area. The establishment of basketball referees training system in Changping District can promote the better development of basketball referees in Changping District, hoping to provide a useful reference for the construction of basketball referees in Changping District and far suburbs of Beijing.
