体育治理的古典尝试——《优士丁尼法典》中涉体文献整理与评注

【摘要】：对古典史料的整理与评注有助于体育史研究的深化。基于竞技运动、公共节日、娱乐表演等关键词,发掘《优士丁尼法典》中的涉体原始文献变得可能。在该法典第3卷第12题、第10卷第54(53)题、第11卷第41(40)题、第11卷第42(41)题、第11卷第44(43)题、第11卷第45(44)题,出现了禁止在基督教节日举办体育赛会、特定运动员免税、废除角斗活动以及国家组织、管理各类体育娱乐活动的行政命令,呈现出一种无序中有序、遮蔽中复活的体育治理秩序,展示了当时统治者对待体育的良好愿望。
[Abstract]:The collation and commentary of classical historical materials are helpful to deepen the study of sports history. Based on competitive sports, public festivals, entertainment and other keywords, it is possible to explore the original literature in the Yosdini Code. In title 12 of volume 3 of the Code, title 54 of title 10), title 41 (40) of volume 11, title 41 (41) of volume 11, title 44 (43) of volume 11, title 45 (44) of volume 11), the prohibition of sports events on Christian festivals, and the exemption of certain athletes from duty, The administrative order of abolishing the fighting activities and the national organizations and managing all kinds of sports and entertainment activities presents a kind of order of sports governance in disorder and revival in the shelter which shows the good desire of the rulers to treat sports at that time.
