农村留守老人体育活动设计研究

【摘要】：采用文献资料法,对全民健身视野下农村留守老人体育活动设计展开研究。主要结论:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,老龄化现象日渐显现,农村年轻人为了更好地生活,不得不背井离乡、外出创业,从而忽略了对家中老人的照顾。当前农村留守老人的健康问题已经成了全社会广泛关注的焦点。建议:应科学地借助丰富多彩的体育活动对留守老人的健康水平加以干预,这样在提高留守老人身体素质的同时,也有助于我国全民健身事业的均衡发展。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, this paper studies the design of the sports activities of the elderly left behind in rural areas from the perspective of national fitness. Main conclusion: with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the aging phenomenon appears day by day. In order to live better, the young people in rural areas have to leave their homes and go out to start a business, thus neglecting the care for the old people in their families. At present, the health problems of the elderly left behind in rural areas have become the focus of the whole society. It is suggested that the health level of the elderly left behind should be interfered with scientifically with the help of rich and colorful sports activities, so as to improve the physical quality of the elderly left behind, and also contribute to the balanced development of the cause of national fitness in our country.
