北京市少儿冰球培训行业竞争力分析及对策研究

【摘要】:随着2022年冬奥会的成功申办,以及“三亿人上冰雪”目标的提出,作为冬奥会主办城市的北京市也对其冰雪运动的发展做出了规划,冰球便是一个重要的抓手,少儿冰球培训行业也成为了一个热点行业,其发展对北京市群众体育的发展以及冰雪运动的推广都具有重要意义。而要促使该行业持续发展,就要对其竞争力现状进行分析,以探索其未来的发展道路。本文以北京市少儿冰球培训行业竞争力作为研究对象,基于比较优势理论和竞争优势理论,运用文献资料法、访谈法和实地调查法的研究方法,援引波特钻石模型的分析范式,从生产要素,需求要素,相关支撑性产业,企业战略、结构以及同业竞争,政府行为、机遇六个方面,分析了北京市少儿冰球培训行业的竞争力现状,得出其目前的竞争优势与劣势,并提出了相应的建议。本文的结论主要包括:(1)北京市少儿冰球培训行业在生产要素,需求要素,相关支撑性产业,企业战略、结构以及同业竞争这四个方面都存在不同程度的竞争优势与劣势,并且政府行为和机遇也有利于其提升;(2)在生产要素方面,优势主要体现为良好的区位与冰雪运动传统、具有人才吸引力和本地人才培养能力、已有资本注入该行业、丰富的冰场资源;劣势则体现为教练员素质参差不齐,以及缺少科学的教学体系;(3)需求要素方面,优势主要体现为参训人数持续增长、较大的潜在市场容量、北京市民较高的消费水平;而劣势则体现为其市场规模仍较有限;(4)在相关支撑性产业方面,优势主要体现为青少年冰球联赛数量和规模全国第一、冰球装备零售业不断发展;而劣势则体现为缺少本地冰球装备制造商;在企业战略、结构与同业竞争方面,优势主要体现为少儿冰球俱乐部数量多、俱乐部竞争战略多元,以及市场竞争较为激烈;劣势则体现为产品同质化程度高、市场竞争秩序混乱并缺乏相应规则约束(5)拥有积极的产业政策与产业规划,以及2022年冬奥会的机遇;(7)根据以上现状,提出了提高教练整体素质,积极培养本地人才,引入科学教学体系;加强冰球推广,吸引更多社会资本;办好青少年冰球赛事,发展冰球相关产业;提升培训服务质量,建立行业竞争规范;颁布更具体的政府政策、工作标准与相关制度;抓住冬奥机遇等建议。
[Abstract]:With the successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the goal of "300 million people on the ice and snow", Beijing, the host city of the Winter Olympics, has also made plans for the development of its ice and snow sports, and ice hockey is an important grasp. Children's ice hockey training industry has also become a hot industry, and its development is of great significance to the development of mass sports and the promotion of ice and snow sports in Beijing. In order to promote the sustainable development of the industry, it is necessary to analyze its competitive status so as to explore its future development path. Based on the comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory, this paper takes the competitiveness of Beijing children's ice hockey training industry as the research object, applies the research methods of literature, interview and field investigation, and invokes the analytical paradigm of Porter's diamond model, which is based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of competitive advantage. From the production factors, demand factors, related supporting industries, enterprise strategy, structure and peer competition, government behavior and opportunities, this paper analyzes the competitive status of the children's hockey training industry in Beijing. Its current competitive advantages and disadvantages are obtained, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. The conclusion of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects: the production factor, the demand factor, the related supporting industry, the enterprise strategy, the structure and the competition of the same industry in Beijing's children's hockey training industry, all of which have different competitive advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, government actions and opportunities are also conducive to its promotion. In terms of factors of production, its advantages are mainly reflected in its good location and ice sports tradition, its talent attraction and its ability to train local talents. Capital has been injected into the industry. Abundant ice rink resources; the disadvantages are the uneven quality of coaches and the lack of scientific teaching system. The main advantages are the continuous increase of the number of participants and the large potential market capacity. The disadvantage is that the market scale is still limited. In the related supporting industries, the advantages are mainly reflected in the number and scale of the youth hockey league and the development of the ice hockey equipment retail industry in the whole country. The disadvantages are the lack of local ice hockey equipment manufacturers, the advantages of enterprise strategy, structure and competition, mainly reflected in the large number of children's hockey clubs, the diversity of club competition strategies, and the fierce market competition. The disadvantages are the high degree of homogenization of products, the confusion of market competition order and the lack of corresponding rules to constrain. 5) having active industrial policies and industrial planning, and the opportunity for the 2022 Winter Olympics.) based on the above status quo, It is proposed to improve the overall quality of coaches, actively train local talents, introduce scientific teaching system, strengthen hockey promotion, attract more social capital, run well youth hockey events, develop hockey related industries, and improve the quality of training services. Establish industry competition standard; promulgate more concrete government policy, work standard and related system; seize the opportunity of Winter Olympic Games and so on.
