贵阳地区省属高等职业技术院校学生课余体育锻炼现状调查与分析

【摘要】:二十一世纪的竞争就是人才的竞争,伴随中国经济的快速发展,社会各领域对人才的需求也不断增大。高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,担负着为社会培养高级技术应用型人才的重任,培养德、智、体全面发展的人才既是高等职业院校的责任,同时也是社会发展的需要。这就要求高职院校的学生既要有专业技术,又要有健康的体魄参加今后的工作。本研究主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和比较分析法对贵阳地区省属高等职业技术院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的现状进行调查研究,结果显示:(1)贵阳地区省属高职院校体育教师结构呈现年轻化;场地器材不足,影响了大学生课余体育锻炼的需求;部分大学生对健康的理解和认识不全面。(2)贵阳地区省属高职院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的态度不容乐观,接近半数的大学生对课余体育锻炼持消极的态度;参加体育锻炼的动机是好的,即增进健康;锻炼频率和时间严重不足;场地的选择多集中在学校;大学生最喜欢参与的三项体育项目是:羽毛球、篮球和乒乓球;课余体育锻炼形式多是与兴趣相投的伙伴一起。(3)贵阳地区省属高职院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的情况存在性别差异:在态度方面,男生比女生更喜欢课余体育活动;动机方面,男生倾向于兴趣爱好,女生更注重自身的身材;项目选择方面,男生喜欢直接身体对抗的项目,女生更喜欢强度小、无身体直接接触的隔网对抗;在时间、频率方面男生要高于女生;形式方面,男生喜欢与兴趣相投的伙伴一起锻炼,女生喜欢和宿舍以及班级的伙伴一起参与课余体育锻炼。(4)贵阳地区省属高职院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的情况存在院校类型差异,具体表现为:四类高职院校学生课余体育锻炼中在锻炼动机、场地和形式方面无明显差异;在锻炼态度、时间和频率方面,政法类(贵州警官职业学院)院校明显优于其他三类院校;在锻炼项目的选择方面,政法类(贵州警官职业学院)院校、综合类(贵州职业技术学院)院校和工科类(贵州建设职业技术学院)院校的学生选择的体育项目前三位是:羽毛球、篮球和乒乓球。而医药类(贵阳护理职业学院)院校的学生选择的体育项目除了羽毛球和乒乓球外,对篮球项目兴趣颇低,反而对跳绳运动情有独钟。(5)影响贵阳地区省属高职院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的主观因素是惰性太强,缺乏兴趣,运动技能差;客观因素是场地有限,学习紧、没时间,缺乏教师指导。建议:(1)贵州省教育行政部门要完善政策,加强监督和管理,促进贵阳地区省属高职院校体育教育健康发展。(2)各院校领导要加强对课余体育活动的重视程度,重视体育教师,组织体育教师进修,增强体育工作能力,安排体育教师深入课余体育活动工作第一线,指导大学生进行课余体育锻炼。(3)完善体育设施建设,加强对课余体育工作的管理,比如在贵阳个别高校已经开始推行的“运动世界校园”手机软件,可以有效的促进大学生自发的参与到课余体育锻炼中来;同时,加大宣传力度,开展体育健康知识讲座和课余体育比赛,鼓励大学生参与课余体育锻炼。(4)各院校要根据自身专业特点,结合本校学生实际情况,有选择性和目的性的开设职业实用性体育项目,指导学生课余体育锻炼,为学生今后参加工作打下坚实的身体基础;同时了解学生兴趣,尊重学生意愿,尽快完善学生喜爱的体育项目所需场地的建设,满足学生课余体育锻炼需求。(5)组织学生课余体育锻炼过程中,遵循男、女有别的原则,正视男、女生在生理和心理上的差异,体育项目方面选用男、女生都能参与的羽毛球、乒乓球等新型体育项目。
[Abstract]:The competition in the twenty-first Century is the competition of talents. With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for talents is increasing in all fields of society. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. It is responsible for the training of advanced technology applied talents for the society. The responsibility of the vocational colleges and universities is also the need of social development. This requires the students of higher vocational colleges to have both professional and healthy physique to participate in the future work. This study mainly uses the literature method, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method for college students of Higher Vocational and technical colleges and universities in Guiyang area. The investigation and Study on the status of physical exercise after class showed that: (1) the structure of sports teachers in the Provincial Higher Vocational Colleges in Guiyang was young; the lack of field equipment had affected the needs of College Students' extracurricular physical exercise; some students' understanding and understanding of health were not comprehensive. (2) the participation class of Higher Vocational College Students in Guiyang province. The attitude of sports exercise is not optimistic. Nearly half of the college students have a negative attitude to physical exercise after class; the motivation to take part in physical exercise is good, that is, to improve health; the frequency and time of exercise are seriously insufficient; the choice of the field is concentrated in the school; the three sports items that college students most like to participate are badminton, basketball and table tennis. The form of extracurricular physical exercise is mostly with the partner with interest. (3) there are gender differences in the situation of college students participating in after-school physical exercise in Guiyang Province: in attitude, boys are more interested in extracurricular sports activities than girls; in motivation, boys tend to interest, girls pay more attention to their own figure; project selection. On the other hand, boys like the project of direct physical confrontation, girls prefer small intensity, without direct contact with the body; in time, frequency, boys should be higher than girls; in form, boys like to work with partners with interest, and girls like to participate in the after-school physical exercise with the dormitory and the class partners. (4) Guiyang The situation of College Students' participation in extracurricular physical exercise in the provincial provincial higher vocational colleges is different. The specific performance is that there is no obvious difference in the exercise motivation in the four types of Vocational College Students' extracurricular physical exercise, and there is no obvious difference in the field and form. In terms of exercise attitude, time and frequency, the colleges and universities of political and Law (Guizhou Police Officer Vocational College) are obviously superior to them. He has three types of colleges and universities; in the choice of exercise programs, the school of politics and Law (Guizhou Police Officer Vocational College), the comprehensive class (Career Technical College in Guizhou) and the engineering classes (Guizhou construction Career Technical College), the top three sports items are: badminton, basketball and table tennis. In addition to badminton and ping-pong, the students' choice of sports is very low in the interest of basketball. (5) the subjective factors affecting the participation of college students in Guiyang are too lazy, lack of interest and poor sports skills, and the objective factors are the limited space, tight study and no time. Suggestions: (1) the education administrative department in Guizhou should improve the policy, strengthen supervision and management, and promote the healthy development of sports education in Guiyang province. (2) the leaders of the colleges and universities should pay more attention to the after-school sports activities, attach importance to the physical education teachers, organize the training of physical education teachers, strengthen the ability of sports work, and arrange the arrangement. Teachers should be in the first line of physical activities after class to guide college students to exercise after class. (3) improve the construction of sports facilities and strengthen the management of after-school sports, such as "sports world campus" mobile software which has been implemented in Guiyang's individual colleges and universities, which can effectively promote college students to participate in extracurricular sports spontaneously. At the same time, we should strengthen publicity, carry out sports health knowledge lectures and after-school sports competitions, encourage college students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise. (4) colleges and universities should set up practical sports projects in accordance with their own professional characteristics, combined with the actual situation of the students in our school, and guide students to exercise after class. Students in the future work to lay a solid foundation for the body; at the same time to understand the interests of students, respect the wishes of students, to improve the construction of the field needed for the students' favorite sports as soon as possible. (5) to organize the students' extracurricular physical exercise process, follow men and women with other principles, face up to men and girls in physiology and heart In terms of physical education, badminton, table tennis and other new sports can be chosen by men and girls.
