郑州市社区娱乐排球的发展现状研究

【摘要】：随着人们生活水平的不断提高和全民健身计划的逐步深入,人们的生活理念从以往的关注温饱问题开始向健康、休闲娱乐的生活方式转变。娱乐排球运动的特点恰恰和人们追求的生活方式不谋而合,研究娱乐排球的发展,不仅是顺应民意,还是把公民身心健康和团结协作意识推向一个新高度的重要手段。为了使郑州市社区娱乐排球能够长期健康发展,本文在归纳了娱乐排球发展历史的基础上,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,对郑州市18个社区的娱乐排球开展情况进行调查,从参与人群、参与程度、参与动机以及喜爱程度等方面进行全面分析研究,得出如下结论:1.郑州市社区娱乐排球参与者中男性多于女性,16-30岁年龄段的参与者最多,占总数的36%,大多居民选择在学校场地和公共体育场进行娱乐排球活动,每周参与次数以1-2次为主,每次活动时间以0.5时至1.5小时居多,比较喜欢和喜欢娱乐排球运动的居民占总数的64.7%,参与者的动机主要是锻炼身体和休闲娱乐,缓解压力的比例也比较大。2.加大政府对群众体育的支撑力度,按照喜好娱乐排球的人数的多少,配备适量的场次器材,在爱好者中发掘先进分子进行免费培训有关娱乐排球技战术和裁判知识,定期举办大规模的娱乐排球比赛,是加快郑州市社区娱乐排球发展步伐的必要条件。3.郑州市社区将逐步形成“以服务社区居民为宗旨,有政府的扶持和引导,有比较专业的体育指导员指导,有相对充足的场地和器材,有科学、系统的宣传平台,有完善的评价机制,有合理的激励办法”的娱乐排球发展模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the gradual deepening of the national fitness program, people's concept of life began to change from paying attention to the issue of food and clothing to the lifestyle of health, leisure and entertainment. The characteristics of recreational volleyball sport coincide with the way of life people pursue. To study the development of recreational volleyball is not only to conform to the public opinion, but also to push citizens' physical and mental health and the sense of unity and cooperation to a new height. In order to make the community recreational volleyball in Zhengzhou develop healthily for a long time, this paper, on the basis of summarizing the history of the development of recreational volleyball, adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and so on. This paper investigates the development of recreational volleyball in 18 communities in Zhengzhou, and makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the participation crowd, the degree of participation, the motivation of participation and the degree of affection, and draws the following conclusion: 1. Most of the participants in Zhengzhou community recreational volleyball were male than female aged 16-30, accounting for 36% of the total. The majority of residents chose to play volleyball in school grounds and public stadium, mainly 1-2 times a week. The time of each activity is 0.5 to 1.5 hours, more like and like entertainment volleyball sports residents account for 64.7 percent of the total, participants' motivation is mainly physical exercise and leisure, the proportion of stress relief is also relatively large. 2. To increase the government's support for mass sports, according to the number of people who like to entertain volleyball, to equip the appropriate number of field equipment, and to explore advanced elements among enthusiasts to conduct free training on recreational volleyball techniques and tactics and referee knowledge. Holding large-scale recreational volleyball competitions regularly is a necessary condition for speeding up the development of community recreational volleyball in Zhengzhou. The community of Zhengzhou City will gradually form "with the aim of serving the residents of the community, with the support and guidance of the government, with the guidance of more professional sports instructors, with relatively adequate venues and equipment, and with a scientific and systematic propaganda platform," Has the perfect appraisal mechanism, has the reasonable incentive method "the entertainment volleyball development pattern."
