上海师范大学公共篮球选项课教学现状调查与内容体系构建研究

【摘要】:根据国家教育部颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》(2003年)中明确提出的“健康第一”和“终身体育”的核心指导思想,以上海师范大学的公共篮球选项课为研究对象,通过现状调查与实证分析对上海师范大学的篮球教学改革提出了一些建议。本文综合采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、教学实验法,以上海师范大学公共篮球选项课教学内容体系为研究对象,对上海师范大学公共篮球选项课的教学现状进行了调查与分析,发现了其中存在的问题以及学生对教学改革方面的需求,并依据教育学、心理学和课程大纲,在经过两轮专家论证的基础上,重新构建了以“分层教学”为核心的教学内容体系,并进行了教学实验的验证。研究结果表明:(1)学生对篮球的热情较高,但篮球选项课教学情况总体不太理想,包括场地器材较差、课时数量较少、课余指导和网络资源欠缺等,尤其是教学内容未根据学生水平进行区分,二次选课内容重复的问题较为突出。(2)参考合理的相关依据及专家论证,将篮球选项课划分为三个水平层次,即基础班、中级班、高级班,每个层次都根据学生的篮球基础水平有相应的教学侧重点。(3)通过实验验证,在进行分层教学后学生的篮球技、战术水平和兴趣指数都有了较明显的提高。根据研究结果提出的建议:(1)提高上海师范大学公共篮球选项课的相关基础建设。(2)加快公共篮球选项课教学内容体系的改革。
[Abstract]:According to the core guiding ideology of "Health first" and "lifelong physical Education", which was clearly put forward in the National guidelines for physical Education Curriculum Teaching in National Colleges and Universities (2003) promulgated by the Ministry of Education, Taking the public basketball elective course of Shanghai normal University as the research object, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of basketball teaching in Shanghai normal University through the investigation and empirical analysis of the present situation. This paper comprehensively adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, teaching experiment, and takes the teaching content system of public basketball elective course of Shanghai normal University as the research object. This paper makes an investigation and analysis of the present teaching situation of public basketball elective courses in Shanghai normal University, finds out the existing problems and the students' demand for teaching reform, and according to the pedagogy, psychology and curriculum outline, On the basis of two rounds of expert argumentation, this paper reconstructs the teaching content system with "layered teaching" as the core, and verifies the teaching experiment. The result of the study shows that students have a high enthusiasm for basketball, but the teaching situation of basketball elective courses is not ideal, including poor ground and equipment, less number of class hours, lack of after-school guidance and lack of network resources, etc. In particular, the teaching contents are not differentiated according to the students' level, and the problem of repeating the contents of the second elective courses is more prominent. (2) referring to the reasonable relevant basis and expert argumentation, the selective basketball course is divided into three levels, namely, the basic class and the intermediate class. In the advanced class, each level has the corresponding teaching emphasis according to the students' basic level of basketball. Through the experimental verification, the students' basketball skill, tactical level and interest index have been obviously improved after the stratified teaching. According to the result of the study, the author suggests: 1) to improve the basic construction of the public basketball elective course of Shanghai normal University. 2) to speed up the reform of the teaching content system of the public basketball elective course.
