全国大学生游泳锦标赛现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国高校的不断发展,大学生身心健康越来越受到社会的关注,社会需要德、智、体全面发展的人才,因此学校体育得到各部门的重视。自1975年我国教育部设立了体育司,并加入了国际大学生体育联合会后,采取有利措施,在增强学生身体健康水平的同时,学生积极参加业余体育训练和竞赛的要求日益高涨,从而催生在高校中培养高水平的大学生运动员的现状,使学校体育的技术水平达到较高水平,可以真正地做到高校培养的学生运动员,承担参加世界大学生比赛和世界性比赛的重要任务。本文通过文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对全国大学生游泳锦标赛现实状况进行了多角度、多层次得调查研究,对所调查数据进行整理和分析,深入研究制约全国大学生游泳锦标赛发展的各种因素,并针对存在的问题提出相应的整改意见,为我国大学生游泳比赛的健康发展提供理论与现实的依据,从而促进我国大学生游泳运动的发展。研究得出:1、本届全国大学生游泳锦标赛参赛单位数量,参赛人数都超过往届,创多项全国大学生锦标赛记录,采用最新分组竞赛成功举办的赛事。2、运动员年龄层次合理,专业分布广泛,涉及经济、文学、体育、教育类等专业,参赛运动员多为本科生,少部分研究生坚持参赛。3、教练员年龄结构集中在30-40岁,职称以讲师为主要层次,大部分硕士研究生学历,基本都具有一定专业运动员经历和专业执教经历。4、全国大学生游泳锦标赛影响因素包括:运动员、教练员、竞赛体制,其中竞赛体制的革新是主要因素,在竞赛项目的设置、参赛运动员资格、竞赛体制、竞赛办法、参赛运动员分布都占有相当重要的权重。根据所调查的实际情况提出以下建议:1、完善教学机制,对高水平运动员实施因材施教。2、提高对教练员的重视,进行实质有效的激励。3、制定全面稳定的竞赛项目。4、细致明确竞赛分组类别,完善改进运动员资格审查系统。5、加入分赛制,扩充参赛人数及参赛项目,让运动员得到充分的发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of colleges and universities in our country, the physical and mental health of college students are paid more and more attention to by the society. The society needs the talents of moral, intellectual and physical development in an all-round way, so school physical education has been attached importance to by various departments. Since the Ministry of Education of our country established the Sports Department in 1975, and joined the International University Sports Federation, we have taken favorable measures to improve the students' health level, and at the same time, the demand for students to take an active part in amateur sports training and competitions has been rising day by day. In order to promote the current situation of cultivating high level college athletes in colleges and universities, make the technical level of school physical education to reach a higher level, can really achieve the university training of student athletes, To undertake the important task of participating in the World College Student Competition and the World Competition. Through the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire, expert interview and logic analysis, this paper makes a multi-angle and multi-level investigation and study on the actual situation of the National University students Swimming Championship. Collate and analyze the investigated data, deeply study the various factors restricting the development of the National College Swimming Championship, and put forward corresponding suggestions for rectification in view of the existing problems. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the healthy development of the swimming competition of college students in our country, and thus promotes the development of the swimming sports of college students in our country. The study shows that the number of units participating in the National University Swimming Championships and the number of participants in the current National University Swimming Championships are higher than the previous ones. We have set records for a number of national college students' championships, and adopted the latest group competitions as the successful events. The age level of the athletes is reasonable. Majors are widely distributed, involving economics, literature, sports, education, etc. Most of the participating athletes are undergraduates, and a few graduate students insist on participating in the competition. The age structure of coaches is concentrated in the 30-40 years old, with lecturers as the main level of professional titles. Most master's degree, basically have certain professional athlete experience and professional teaching experience. The influencing factors of the National University Swimming Championships include: athletes, coaches, competition system, Among them, the innovation of competition system is the main factor. The establishment of competition items, the qualification of athletes, the competition system, the competition method and the distribution of competitors are all very important weights. According to the actual situation investigated, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1, to perfect the teaching mechanism, to teach the high-level athletes according to their aptitude, and to pay more attention to the coaches. Carry on the substantial and effective encouragement. 3, formulate the overall stable competition item. 4, meticulously clear the competition grouping category, perfect and improve the athlete qualification examination system. 5, join the sub-competition system, expand the number of participants and participate in the item, let the athlete get the full development.
