当代中国竞技体育精神文化内涵与建设研究

【摘要】：当今竞技体育已经成为一个国家软实力的显著标志,竞技体育事业是我国社会精神文明建设重要组成部分。随着市场经济的发展,中国全球化进程中融合与激荡的不断深入,人们的价值观念发生了重大变化。当代中国竞技体育在市场化、商业化、职业化发展过程中取得了显著成果的同时,也产生了优秀运动员教练员外流、假球、黑哨、球场暴力、贪污腐败、球迷骚乱等一系列问题。这些棘手问题不仅严重影响了竞技体育本身的发展,而且阻碍了社会主义精神文明建设,建设当代中国竞技体育精神文化促进竞技体育又好又快发展、助力于社会主义精神文明建设迫在眉睫。当代中国竞技体育在新中国成立初期极其严峻的国内外社会环境下起步,起步之初就背负着振兴中华民族的重大历史责任。在急于追赶社会心态驱动下,经过一代又一代体育从业者的不懈努力,中国竞技体育从基础差、底子薄跃居到了世界前列。当代中国竞技体育在不断进步、永攀世界之巅的过程中,形成了以国家至上、艰苦奋斗、勇于拼搏、敢于创新、百折不挠为内涵的竞技体育精神文化。根据新时期我国竞技体育发展和社会主义精神文明建设要求,以社会主义核心价值观、优秀西方体育精神、中华民族精神及儒家思想为核心的中国统文化作为建设资源。在国家至上、艰苦奋斗、勇于拼搏、敢于创新、百折不挠精神内涵的基础上进行续承、完善与补充。提出当代中国竞技体育精神文化建设主要包括爱国敬业、追求卓越、平等公正、诚实守信和文明礼让五大方面。建设以爱国敬业、追求卓越、平等公正、诚实守信、文明礼让为内容的竞技体育精神文化,对解决竞技体育领域相关问题、促进竞技体育又好又快发展、学习践行社会主义核心价值观、弘扬中华民族精神、续承中国传统文化必将起到积极作用。在当代中国竞技体育精神文化建设路径上,提出通过把竞技体育体育精神文化建设内容落实到竞技体育发展和治理中、加强竞技体育精神文化建设内容的宣传教育、开展学习竞技体育精神文化建设内容的实践活动、加强竞技体育物质环境建设、加强竞技体育精神文化的组织领导五大路径来建设当代中国竞技体育精神文化,以实现促进竞技体育发展、发挥竞技体育多效能的双重目标,进而为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供不竭的精神动力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, competitive sports has become a remarkable symbol of a country's soft power, and the cause of competitive sports is an important part of the construction of social spiritual civilization in our country. With the development of market economy and the deepening of integration and agitation in the process of globalization in China, people's values have changed greatly. In the process of marketization, commercialization and professionalization of competitive sports in contemporary China, remarkable achievements have been made, but at the same time, there has been an outflow of outstanding athletes and coaches, match-fixing, black whistle, court violence, corruption and corruption. A series of questions such as fan riots. These thorny problems not only seriously affect the development of competitive sports itself, but also hinder the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It is urgent to help the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Contemporary Chinese competitive sports started under the severe social environment at home and abroad in the early stage of the founding of New China, and it was shouldering the great historical responsibility of rejuvenating the Chinese nation at the beginning of the beginning. Driven by the eager to catch up with the social mentality, through the unremitting efforts of generation after generation of sports practitioners, China's competitive sports have leapt to the forefront of the world from a poor foundation and a poor foundation. In the process of continuous progress and everlasting climb to the top of the world in contemporary Chinese competitive sports, a spirit culture of competitive sports with the connotation of national supremacy, hard struggle, courage to innovate and perseverance has been formed. According to the requirements of the development of competitive sports and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in the new period, the unified culture of China, which is the core of socialist core values, outstanding western sports spirit, Chinese national spirit and Confucian thought, is taken as the construction resource. On the basis of national supremacy, hard struggle, courage to innovate, and perseverance in the spirit of connotation to continue, improve and supplement. It is pointed out that the spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports in contemporary China mainly includes five aspects: devotion to patriotism, pursuit of excellence, equality and justice, honesty and trustworthiness and civilized comity. The construction of a spiritual culture of competitive sports, which takes patriotism and dedication, the pursuit of excellence, equality and justice, honesty and trustworthiness, and civilized comity as the content, will help solve the problems related to the field of competitive sports and promote the sound and rapid development of competitive sports. Learning and practicing socialist core values, carrying forward the spirit of the Chinese nation and continuing Chinese traditional culture will certainly play a positive role. On the way of spiritual culture construction of competitive sports in contemporary China, it is proposed to strengthen the propaganda and education of the content of spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports by implementing the contents of spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports into the development and administration of competitive sports. Carrying out the practical activities of learning the content of the construction of the spirit and culture of competitive sports, strengthening the construction of the material environment of competitive sports, and strengthening the organization and leadership of the spiritual culture of competitive sports to build the spiritual culture of contemporary Chinese competitive sports. In order to realize the dual goal of promoting the development of competitive sports and giving play to the multi-efficiency of competitive sports, it can provide an inexhaustible spiritual power for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.
