广东省高校运动训练专业教育实习研究

【摘要】:教育实习是高等院校教学计划的重要组成部分,是实现培养目标,体现理论联系实际教学原则的主要环节。通过教育实习,学生不仅能够检验、巩固和提高在学校所学习的理论知识和运动技能,而且有助于提高学生在实践中的创新能力,检查学校培养人才的质量,反馈教育培养过程差距与不足。教育实习中所反馈的信息为高等院校制定更合理的培养目标和确定培养方向提供了理论依据。本研究依据事物认识的螺旋式上升理论和管理过程理论作为理论基础,并采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和对比分析法等多种研究方法,对广东省高校华南理工大学、华南师范大学、广州体育学院、深圳大学运动训练专业教育实习工作状况展开调查。主要研究内容分为五章,第一章,根据教育实习的重要性和当前我国对教育实习的有关规定,阐述了开展此项研究的背景,梳理和分析了国内外教育实习的研究现状;第二章,对本文的相关概念进行界定并说明理论基础;第三章,对广东省高校运动训练专业的现状进行调查并分析存在的问题;第四章,考察美国教育实习的经验与启发;第五章,根据调查分析,借鉴国外教育实习经验提出合理的优化对策。通过调查研究,得出结论如下:实习时间安排基本合理,但个别高校实习时间安排过于短缺;主要是采用集中实习和集中、分散相结合的实习模式,模式较为单一;教育实习基地主要以中小学为主且数量基本上能够满足实习生的需求,但是实习基地过于单一化;实习前期的准备工作比较充分,但是高校忽视了与实习单位的密切沟通;实习过程中指导老师比较重视实习生的实习工作;四所高校都是采用百分制的计分形式评定实习成绩,对于分散实习的学生没有标准、客观的评价体系。根据存在的问题和借鉴国外的教育实习经验,提出以下建议:重视教育实习和教育见习的时间安排;建立特色教育实习模式;建立多样化教育实习基地;加强指导老师的综合业务水平;明确并细化教育实习的前期工作;建立档案袋评价,提高评价的客观性和科学性。
[Abstract]:Teaching practice is an important part of the teaching plan of colleges and universities. It is the main link of realizing the training goal and embodying the principle of combining theory with practice. Through educational practice, students can not only test, consolidate and improve the theoretical knowledge and sports skills learned in school, but also help to improve the students' innovative ability in practice and check the quality of talents cultivated in schools. The gap and deficiency of feedback education training process. The feedback information provides a theoretical basis for colleges and universities to formulate more reasonable training objectives and determine the direction of cultivation. This study is based on the spiral ascending theory and management process theory, and adopts many research methods, such as literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, etc. An investigation was carried out on the educational practice of South China University of Technology, South China normal University, Guangzhou Institute of physical Education and Shenzhen University. The main research content is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, according to the importance of educational practice and the current provisions of educational practice in China, elaborated the background of this study, combed and analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign educational practice research; chapter two, This paper defines the relevant concepts and explains the theoretical basis; the third chapter, to investigate the current situation of sports training major in Guangdong Province and analyze the existing problems; chapter four, to investigate the experience and inspiration of American educational practice; chapter five, According to the investigation and analysis, the author puts forward reasonable optimization countermeasures for reference of foreign experience of educational practice. Through investigation and research, the conclusions are as follows: the arrangement of internship time is basically reasonable, but the arrangement of practice time in individual universities is too short; The educational practice base is mainly based on primary and secondary schools and the number can basically meet the needs of interns, but the practice base is too single, the preparatory work in the early stage of practice is more adequate, but the close communication with practice units is neglected by colleges and universities. In the process of practice, the guidance teachers pay more attention to the practice of interns; the four colleges and universities use the percentage scoring form to evaluate the practice results, there is no standard for the students who are scattered practice, the objective evaluation system. According to the existing problems and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign countries, the following suggestions are put forward: attaching importance to the time arrangement of educational practice and educational probation, establishing characteristic educational practice mode, establishing diversified educational practice base; Strengthen the comprehensive professional level of the guidance teacher; clarify and refine the preliminary work of educational practice; establish portfolio evaluation to improve the objectivity and scientific nature of evaluation.
