少儿自由泳直臂移臂技术与屈臂移臂技术的运用效果的对比研究

【摘要】:本文是关于两种自由泳技术的在少儿初学阶段的对比研究。目的在于找出直臂自由泳与屈臂自由泳各自的技术结构特点;以及它们各自的优势与劣势以及各自的优势因素。最后综合上述两点来分析两种技术的结构特点分别对自己的技术优势及劣势产了哪些影响。为少儿在自由泳技术练习和选择上开拓新思路新方法。在自由泳技术的革新上提出建设性的建议。本次实验是将16名实验对象随机分成两组,A组为实验组,B组为对照组。总的实验周期为16周。采用分组实验的方式,两组小队员在经过一段时间后分别习得“直臂自由泳”与“屈臂自由泳”技术,然后两组在50米与100米自由泳项目上进行测试;截取测试中“划频”、“划幅”、“游速”三项主要指标来进行比对与分析。结果表明1.直臂自由泳技术具有高划频低划幅的技术特点。2.直臂自由泳技术较容易上手,适合自由泳的初学者。3.与屈臂自由泳技术相比,直臂自由泳技术上升空间有限。4.直臂自由泳在短距离游程上更具优势。5.相比于屈臂自由泳技术,直臂自由泳技术对体能的消耗要更大一些。6.屈臂自由泳技术具有低划频高划幅划幅的技术特点。7.屈臂自由泳技术在动作结构上更繁琐些,想要游好需要长时间地“打磨”。适合具有一定自由泳基础的进阶者。8.与直臂自由泳相比,屈臂自由泳在较长距离游程上更具优势。9.与直臂自由泳相比,屈臂自由泳技术在游进过程中更加经济。
[Abstract]:This paper is a comparative study of two freestyle techniques at the beginning of childhood. The purpose of this paper is to find out the technical structure characteristics of straight arm freestyle and flexor freestyle and their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as their respective advantages and factors. Finally, this paper analyzes the influence of the structural characteristics of the two technologies on their own technical advantages and disadvantages. To open up new ideas and methods for children in freestyle practice and selection. Make constructive suggestions on the innovation of freestyle technology. Sixteen subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B as control group. The total experimental period was 16 weeks. After a period of time, the two groups of young players learned the techniques of "straight arm freestyle" and "flexion arm freestyle" respectively. Then the two groups were tested in the 50m and 100m freestyle events. "stroke", "travel speed" three main indicators for comparison and analysis. The results show that 1. The straight arm freestyle technique has the technical characteristic of high stroke frequency and low stroke amplitude. Straight arm freestyle technology is easier to use, suitable for freestyle beginners. 3. Compared with the flexor freestyle technique, the vertical arm freestyle technique has limited rise space. 4. 4. The straight arm freestyle has an advantage in short runs. The straight arm freestyle technique consumes a greater amount of energy than the flexural freestyle technique. Flexor freestyle technique has the characteristics of low stroke frequency and high stroke amplitude. Flexor freestyle technique is more complicated in action structure, it takes a long time to "polish" to swim well. Suitable for an advanced person with a certain freestyle base. Compared with the straight arm freestyle, the flexor freestyle has an advantage in long distance running. Compared with the straight arm freestyle, the flexor freestyle technique is more economical in swimming.
