山西省高校太极拳教学中背景音乐的应用研究

【摘要】:太极拳在我国大学《体育与健康》课程教学中占有很重要的地位,音乐与太极拳之间密切的联系,促使音乐和太极拳融为一体进行教学成为一种趋势。将音乐带入太极拳课堂是发展中国传统武术迈出的重要一步,是社会进步的一种创新。背景音乐与太极拳招式的有效结合不仅直接影响到学生掌握动作的质量,而且还关系到学生能否在太极拳课堂教学中体验到快乐,能否实现快乐体育的教学目标,为太极拳的继承和发展奠定基础。本文以山西省高校太极拳教学中背景音乐的应用情况为研究对象,运用文献资料法查阅教育学、心理学、学校体育学、体育教学论、体育心理学等相关理论,采用SPSS20.0对山西省高校太极拳教学中背景音乐的应用情况进行了统计分析,探讨了阻碍背景音乐应用于太极拳教学的因素,提出了提高背景音乐在太极拳教学中应用的对策。本文旨在解决现实中存在的问题,达到太极拳教学效果最优化的同时,能够为后期研究太极拳背景音乐更好应用于教学铺设基础和提供借鉴。研究表明:1.高校太极拳教学中背景音乐应用的意义主要是在三个方面:(1)学习方面;(2)教学方面;(3)文化方面。2.山西省高校太极拳教学中背景音乐应用的现状如下:(1)高校太极拳教学中不同授课教师对背景音乐的应用情况略有差别。太极拳教师音乐素养不高。(2)高校太极拳教学中教师应用背景音乐的类型趋于一致。大多都乐于采用带口令的太极音乐,并且选择背景音乐类型的依据是按套路规定的音乐。(3)高校太极拳教学中教师在背景音乐教学时间安排上基本一致。在一堂课的教学阶段和练习阶段播放背景音乐的时间分别是20分钟和30分钟左右。(4)高校太极拳教学中教师在背景音乐的播放时机安排上略有不同。(5)教师和学生对应用背景音乐的教学效果评价大体一致。3.影响山西省高校太极拳教学中正确合理应用背景音乐的重要因素:(1)背景音乐理论指导;(2)背景音乐配乐培训;(3)音乐素材;(4)教材因素;(5)教学环境因素。4.提出的对策:(1)注重背景音乐知识学习;(2)增强剪辑音乐的能力;(3)注意音乐素材的选择;(4)发放配套太极拳套路教材和背景音乐教材;(5)提供充足的教学场地和音响器材;
[Abstract]:Taijiquan plays an important role in the course of physical Education and Health in Chinese universities. The close relationship between music and Taijiquan makes it a trend to combine music with Taijiquan in teaching. Bringing music into the Taijiquan classroom is an important step in the development of Chinese traditional Wushu and an innovation in social progress. The effective combination of background music and Taijiquan not only directly affects the quality of students' mastering actions, but also relates to whether students can experience happiness in Taijiquan classroom teaching and whether they can achieve the teaching goal of happy sports. It lays a foundation for the inheritance and development of Taijiquan. This paper takes the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in Shanxi universities as the research object, and uses the method of literature to consult the relevant theories such as pedagogy, psychology, school physical education, physical education teaching theory, sports psychology and so on. The application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. The factors hindering the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching are discussed, and the countermeasures to improve the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in reality, to achieve the best teaching effect of Taijiquan, and to lay the foundation and provide reference for the later study of Taijiquan background music. The study shows that 1: 1. The significance of background music application in Taijiquan teaching is mainly in three aspects: (1) learning; (2) teaching; (3) culture. The application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is as follows: (1) the application of background music to different teachers in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities is slightly different. The music literacy of Taijiquan teachers is not high. (2) the types of background music applied by teachers in college Taijiquan teaching tend to be consistent. Most of them are happy to use Taiji music with password, and the basis of choosing the background music type is the music according to the rules. (3) in the teaching of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, the teaching time of background music teaching is basically the same. The time of playing background music in the teaching stage and practice stage of a class is about 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. (4) in the teaching of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, the timing of playing background music is slightly different between teachers and students. (5) the time of playing background music is slightly different between teachers and students. The teaching effect evaluation of applied background music is generally consistent. 3. The important factors influencing the correct and reasonable application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in Shanxi Province are: (1) background music theory guidance; (2) background music training; (3) music material; (4) teaching material factor; (5) teaching environment factor. The countermeasures put forward are: (1) pay attention to the learning of background music knowledge; (2) enhance the ability of music editing; (3) pay attention to the choice of music materials; (4) distribute supporting Taijiquan routine teaching materials and background music materials; (5) provide adequate teaching sites and audio equipment;
