江苏省徐州市跆拳道俱乐部发展与制约因素研究

【摘要】：跆拳道运动是一项观赏性极强的技击类体育运动项目,以其简单实用的技术动作受到世界人民的喜爱。2000年跆拳道进入奥运会以来,我国运动健儿在运动会上的出色表现,吸引了很多体育运动爱好者的关注,跆拳道也成为了最受大家喜爱的运动项目之一。随着人们对于跆拳道认知的增加,大众跆拳道市场也日益火爆起来。徐州市作为淮海经济区的中心,大众跆拳道俱乐部数量增长迅速,然而激烈的市场竞争和相对落后的经营管理使得越来越多的跆拳道馆面临生存问题。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法和逻辑归纳法对徐州市跆拳道俱乐部的规模设施、经营管理模式、跆拳道学员现状、跆拳道馆人员配备情况、跆拳道课程情况进行研究,旨在分析徐州市跆拳道俱乐部的现状,发现制约徐州市跆拳道俱乐部发展因素,提出健康可持续发展的建议,为俱乐部发展提供理论指导和实践依据。结果如下:徐州市跆拳道俱乐部发展的制约因素有:(1)学员家长对跆拳道运动认识不足;(2)跆拳道馆场地硬件设施较差;(3)教练员专业素质有待提高;(4)教学计划缺失教学手段单一;(5)学员流失严重;(6)经营者缺乏管理经验,经营管理模式落后等。促进徐州市跆拳道俱乐部发展的对策有:(1)科学进行跆拳道俱乐部宣传;(2)合理融资提高跆拳道馆硬件设施;(3)对跆拳道教练员进行再教育,加强考核持证上岗;(4)科学制定训练计划,实时监控计划执行情况(5)合理进行课程管理,提高教学质量(6)确立先进管理方法,提高经营者管理水平。
[Abstract]:Taekwondo is a highly appreciative sport, which is loved by people all over the world for its simple and practical technical actions. Since the entry of Taekwondo into the Olympic Games in 2000, Chinese athletes have performed well in the Games. Taekwondo has become one of the most popular sports. With the increasing recognition of Taekwondo, the popular Taekwondo market is becoming more and more popular. As the center of Huaihai Economic Zone, the number of popular Taekwondo clubs is growing rapidly. However, more and more taekwondo clubs are facing survival problems due to the fierce market competition and relatively backward management. This paper uses the methods of literature, interview, field investigation, questionnaire investigation and logical induction to analyze the scale of the taekwondo club in Xuzhou, the management mode, the present situation of taekwondo students, and the staffing situation of Taekwondo Club. In order to analyze the present situation of taekwondo clubs in Xuzhou City, to find out the factors restricting the development of Taekwondo clubs in Xuzhou City, and to put forward some suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of taekwondo clubs. To provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for club development. The results are as follows: the restrictive factors of the development of taekwondo club in Xuzhou are: (1) the parents of students have insufficient understanding of taekwondo movement; (2) the hardware facilities of taekwondo venue are poor; (3) the professional quality of coaches needs to be improved; (4) the teaching plan is absent. (5) serious loss of students, (6) lack of managerial experience, The mode of operation and management is backward and so on. The countermeasures to promote the development of Xuzhou taekwondo club are as follows: (1) scientific taekwondo club propaganda; (2) reasonable financing to improve the hardware facilities of taekwondo; (3) re-education of taekwondo coaches to strengthen examination and certification; (4) scientific formulation of training plan, Monitor the implementation of the plan in real time (5) carry on the course management reasonably, improve the teaching quality (6) establish the advanced management method, improve the management level of the operator.
