湖北省绿道建设现状及其发展趋势研究

【摘要】:绿道这一概念自20世纪90年代被引入我国以来,首先从珠三角地区开始实验,并逐步向内陆城市传播,目前已经有了一定的规模和基础。作为开放式公共空间的城市健康绿道,极大地拓展了体育公共空间,不仅为实现全民体育这一目标提供了新的途径,并且也解决了城市绿色环境的问题。近年来,湖北省通过借鉴珠三角绿道的成功典范,开始投入规划并建设湖北襄阳绿道网及湖北武汉后官湖绿道等,使湖北省绿道建设进入了一个蓬勃的发展期,但相比较珠三角地区,湖北省仍然有不小的差距,不管是在建设经验上还是在科学研究方面。通过文献检索可以发现,关于湖北省的绿道研究极少,目前还没有研究对湖北省的绿道建设现状进行调查,而要更好的发展湖北省的绿道事业,让人们拥有一个绿色的体育锻炼公共空间,我们就需要有一个宏观、整体的认识,因此对湖北省绿道建设进行现状调查是十分必要的,具有很强的理论和实践价值。本研究以2014年全国最新体育场馆普查数据为研究对象,从中筛选出湖北省绿道场地部分,通过文献分析法、数据分析法等研究方法,对湖北省的绿道建设情况进行一个现状分析,找出湖北省绿道发展中的一些问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,并且对于绿道的未来发展趋势,提出了一些看法,研究结果如下:(1)目前湖北省的绿道发展不均衡;(2)绿道所属还是以“公家”为主,私人经营的绿道只占少部分;(3)绿道建设的资金来源以政府拨款为主,政府资金撑起了目前湖北省的绿道发展;(4)城市健身步道远远多于登山步道,且登山步道的接待健身者数量要多于城市健身步道;绝大多数的绿道都是全天全年开放;绿道的工作人员相对不足;(5)有17个接待过运动队,其中12个接待过业余运动队,5个接待过专业运动队;绿道每周接待人次最多的是500人次以下,占到了接近一半,说明目前绿道的使用效率并不高;绿道的收入情况不理想;(6)场地面积对周人均健身人数、收入有显著影响;(7)不同场地分布在周接待人数上不同,公园绿道的周接待人数最多,机关单位绿道接待数最少;(8)步道材料对周接待人数、收入有一定的影响;(9)对策和建议:注重绿道的全面均衡发展;扩大绿道建设资金投入的来源;丰富绿道的类型以适应不同人群的需求,建设精品绿道、特色绿道;合理规划绿道场地面积、分布以及场地工作人员;(10)绿道研究的发展趋势:从“用户体验”的视角开展绿道研究;将绿道建设与生态旅游建设相结合;绿道研究注重学科间的交叉、定性与定量的结合、理论与实践的结合。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of Green Road was introduced into our country in the 1990s, the experiment began in the Pearl River Delta region, and gradually spread to the inland cities. At present, there has been a certain scale and foundation. As an open public space, the urban healthy green road has greatly expanded the sports public space, which not only provides a new way to realize the goal of sports for all, but also solves the problem of urban green environment. In recent years, Hubei Province began to plan and build the Xiangyang Green Road Network in Hubei Province and Huiguanhu Green Road in Wuhan by drawing lessons from the successful example of the Green Road in the Pearl River Delta. The construction of the Green Road in Hubei Province has entered a period of vigorous development. However, compared with the Pearl River Delta region, Hubei Province still has a large gap, whether in construction experience or in scientific research. Through literature retrieval, we can find that there are very few studies on green roads in Hubei Province, so far there is no investigation into the current situation of green road construction in Hubei Province, and to better develop the green road cause in Hubei Province, Let people have a green physical training public space, we need to have a macro, overall understanding, so it is very necessary to carry out a survey of the current situation of green road construction in Hubei Province, with strong theoretical and practical value. In this study, the latest national stadiums and stadiums survey data in 2014 as the research object, selected from the Hubei Province Green Road site part, through the literature analysis, data analysis and other research methods, This paper analyzes the current situation of green road construction in Hubei Province, finds out some problems in the development of green road in Hubei Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of this, and puts forward some views on the future development trend of green road. The results are as follows: (1) the development of green road in Hubei Province is not balanced at present; (2) the green road is mainly owned by the public, and only a small part is run by private sector; (3) the main source of funds for the construction of green road is government funds. The government funds support the development of the green track in Hubei province at present; (4) the city fitness track is far more than the mountain track, and the number of people receiving fitness is more than the city fitness track; the vast majority of the green track is open all day round the year; Green Road has relatively inadequate staff; (5) 17 sports teams have been received, of which 12 have received amateur sports teams and 5 have received professional sports teams. It shows that the use efficiency of green road is not high at present; the income of green road is not ideal; (6) the area of site has significant influence on the number of fitness per week and income; (7) the distribution of different venues is different in the number of weekly reception, The weekly reception number of park green road is the most, the number of green road reception by government units is the least; (8) the path material has certain influence on weekly reception number and income; (9) countermeasure and suggestion: pay attention to the balanced development of green road; Enlarge the source of investment in green road construction, enrich the types of green road to meet the needs of different people, construct fine green road and special green road, plan the area, distribution and staff of green road reasonably; (10) the development trend of green road research: to carry out green road research from the perspective of "user experience"; to combine green road construction with ecological tourism construction; to pay attention to the intersection of disciplines, the combination of qualitative and quantitative, and the combination of theory and practice.
