山西省高师院校体育教育专业教育实习的实效性研究

【摘要】:本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科学研究方法对山西省高师院校体育教育专业教育实习的实效性进行调查研究。调查山西省高师院校体育教育专业教育实习之前各院校是如何对实习生上岗做准备工作,并走到实习地学校考察;继而调查山西省高师院校体育教育专业实习生教育实习过程中的教学活动是否合格,了解实习生在体育教学中进行的体育项目,以及实习地的老师对实习生是否尽到指导职责;调查研究山西省高师院校体育教育专业教育实习成绩评级标准以及实施评级主体,并对其具体评价指标以及评价的基本现状进行了解;调查分析山西省高师院校教育实习对体育教育专业师范生教学能力以及教育能力的提升情况,以及每所院校各项教育教学能力的提升情况;最后从各个方面分析哪些因素会影响实效性,得出以下结论与建议:结论:山西省高师院校体育教育专业前期培训内容集中针对中学体育。但是,在学生实习期间其不仅只是针对中学生,还有小学、本科和幼儿园。实习生教学内容受到实习基地场地和器材的影响,实习生只能在体育课期间上一些如篮球以及武术、体操简单的课程。体育活动调研、辅导员等注重实践能力的工作几乎没有涉及,实习内容不全面现象严重。体育教育专业教育实习评价在具体实施的过程中,评定方式、评定内容、评定主体以及评定实施过程不全面,没有具体化,存在较大的随意性。部分实习生担任教学课程节数多,任务重,压力大,但是在一定程度上,也锻炼了实习生的学习能力。山西省高师院校体育教育专业实习生通过教育实习后教学教育能力都得到了普遍的提升,教学能力中语言表达能力提升幅度大的实习生所占比例最大,虽然创新意识和能力也得到了提升,但是提升幅度大的实习生所占比例最小。知识的转换能力提升幅度大的实习生所占比例最大,贯彻新课改的能力提升大的实习生所占比例最少。建议:重视教育实习前期培训,突出培训内容的针对性与实用性,完善增加教育实习前期培训的项目。选择科学合理,行之有效的实习模式,为学生实习奠定一定的基础,为其创造良好的实习条件。建立相对稳定的教育实习学校。加强实习教师的遴选标准,强化实习过程的检查与监督。强化实习过程中检查监测的力度。为了维护实习秩序,保障实习工作的顺利开展,在检查监督过程中,不仅要对学生进行检查,对指导教师的监督检查也要严格。建立科学客观的教育实习评价标准。注重实习过程中教育教学能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates the effectiveness of physical education practice in normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. To investigate how the colleges and universities prepare for the interns before the practice of physical education major in normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, and go to the schools where they practice. Then we investigate whether the teaching activities of the interns in P. E. major in normal colleges in Shanxi Province are qualified, understand the sports items carried out by the interns in the physical education teaching, and whether the teachers in the practice places fulfill their guiding duties to the interns. This paper investigates and studies the grading standard and the main body of the practice of physical education major in Shanxi normal colleges and universities, and makes an understanding of the concrete evaluation index and the basic status quo of the evaluation. To investigate and analyze the improvement of teaching ability and educational ability of normal students majoring in physical education in higher normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, as well as the promotion of each educational and teaching ability in each college. Finally, this paper analyzes which factors will affect the effectiveness from various aspects, and draws the following conclusions and suggestions: conclusion: the pre-training content of physical education major in Shanxi normal colleges is focused on middle school physical education. However, during student internships, it is not only for middle school students, but also primary, undergraduate and kindergarten. The content of intern teaching is influenced by the site and equipment of practice base. Interns can only take some simple courses such as basketball, martial arts and gymnastics during physical education. Research on sports activities, counselors and other practical ability work almost no involved, practice content is not comprehensive phenomenon. In the process of practice evaluation of physical education major, the evaluation method, content, subject and process of evaluation are not comprehensive and concrete, and there is a great deal of arbitrariness. Some interns have many teaching sessions, heavy tasks and great pressure, but to some extent, they also exercise their learning ability. The teaching ability of students majoring in physical education in normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province has been generally improved after their teaching practice, and the interns with a large improvement in language expression ability account for the largest proportion in the teaching ability. Although innovation awareness and ability have also been improved, but the proportion of interns with a large promotion is the least. The intern who has a great increase in knowledge conversion ability has the largest proportion, and the intern who has higher ability to carry out the new curriculum reform has the least proportion. Suggestions: pay attention to the pre-training of educational practice, highlight the pertinence and practicability of the training content, and perfect and increase the items of pre-training of educational practice. Choosing a scientific and reasonable and effective practice mode can lay a certain foundation for students' practice and create good practice conditions for them. Establish relatively stable educational practice schools. Strengthen the selection standard of intern teachers, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the practice process. Strengthen the strength of inspection and monitoring in the course of practice. In order to maintain the order of practice and ensure the smooth development of practice, in the process of inspection and supervision, not only the students should be inspected, but also the supervision and inspection of the guiding teachers should be strict. Establish scientific and objective evaluation standard of educational practice. Pay attention to the improvement of teaching ability in the process of practice.
