对新形势下成都五人制足球裁判后备力量培养研究

【摘要】:成都作为四川省的省会城市,早些年足球水平一直在我国处在较高的发展阶段,但近几年成都的足球水平下降,裁判队伍也呈现出断层现象,这种现象是影响运动水平可持续发展的一个根源。国务院批准审核通过了关于《中国足球改革总体方案》的文件,该方案对我国足球发展具有深远意义,其中方案中第七条提出了“改进足球专业人才培养发展方式”的战略目标。内容涉及到加强足球专业人才培养与做好足球运动员转岗就业工作的方针。我国足球水平与世界足球水平有较大的差距,其国际上的排名与本国的综合实力也是不相匹配,将我国足球进行深化改革是体育圈各界人士和国家领导人老生常谈的热点,并且多次在官方场合提出要将我国足球进行全面的改革。五人制足球运动十多年前在我国才开始发展起来,该项目的裁判员队伍发展也相对滞后。作为我国最早开展五人制足球运动的城市,与其他城市相比,成都有一定群众基础和社会影响力。通过对五人制足球裁判后备力量培养研究,从长远角度考虑,有利于这项运动在成都市周边区域乃至整个四川省的快速推广与普及,裁判队伍的有效建设也有利于成都乃至全国推广裁判后备力量培养起到示范与指导作用。文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及比较分析法,研究成都市五人制足球后备力量培养方案,将成都裁判员作为调查对象,由于五人制足球运动及五人制裁判员发展市场较大,加之成都地区在五人制运动发展有一定的基础为契机,进行对成都五人制裁判后备力量培养方面进行研究讨论,在目前培养过程中出现的不足进行了剖析考虑,得出了进一步完善成都五人制足球裁判员培养的意见和建议。本文着重是研究五人制足球裁判员在以下几个方面的情况:1.在各辖区分布情况的研究;2.裁判员性别情况的研究;3.职业情况的研究;4.执法经历的研究;5.学历的研究;6.对五人制裁判员理论和体能测试情况的研究。通过对以上问题地深入研究,可以得出以下结论:1.成都市裁判员在地区分布上呈现不均匀现象,男女裁判员所占比例差距大,出现严重失调现象。2.成都裁判员年龄主要集中在20--30岁和40岁以上两个阶段,30--35岁年龄段裁判员数量较少,呈现中间年龄衔接断层的现象。3.女性裁判员临场实践机会少,导致了积极性不高、经验欠缺、欠缺自信心、缺乏业务交流等诸多问题。4.成都市足球协会裁判委员会机构设置不健全,人员配备有些不足,没有定期的培训、管理较松散、不系统,裁判员之间缺乏合理的业务学习交流。5.未合理利用与周边协会及本地区高校合作的资源,对裁判后备力量培养环境造成限制。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as the capital city of Sichuan Province, has been in a high level of football development in China in the early years. However, in recent years, the football level in Chengdu has declined, and the referee team has also shown a fault phenomenon. This phenomenon is a source of influence on the sustainable development of sports level. The State Council approved and approved the document on the General Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football, which has far-reaching significance for the development of Chinese football. The seventh item of the scheme puts forward the strategic goal of improving the mode of training and development of football professionals. The content involves the policy of strengthening the training of football professionals and doing a good job transfer of football players. There is a big gap between the football level of our country and that of the world football level, and its international ranking does not match the comprehensive strength of our country, so it is a hot point that people from all walks of life and national leaders in sports circles talk about deepening the reform of Chinese football. And many times in the official occasions to put forward a comprehensive reform of Chinese football. Five-man football began to develop in our country more than ten years ago, and the development of referees in this project lags behind. As one of the earliest cities in China, Chengdu has a certain mass base and social influence compared with other cities. Through the research on the training of the reserve force of the five-person football referee, from a long-term perspective, it is beneficial to the rapid promotion and popularization of this sport in the surrounding areas of Chengdu and even in the whole Sichuan Province. The effective construction of referees is also beneficial to Chengdu and even the whole country to promote the training of reserve force of referees to play a role in demonstration and guidance. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper studies the training scheme of Chengdu five-person soccer reserve force, and takes Chengdu referee as the object of investigation. Due to the fact that there is a large market for the development of five-person football and five-person referees, and that Chengdu has a certain basis for the development of five-person sports, it is necessary to carry out a study and discussion on the cultivation of the reserve force of the five-person referee in Chengdu. Based on the analysis and consideration of the deficiencies in the current training process, the suggestions and suggestions on how to further improve the training of Chengdu five-person football referees are obtained. This article focuses on the five-man football referees in the following areas: 1. A study on the distribution in each jurisdiction. A study on the gender of the referee. A study of the Vocational situation. Research on the experience of law enforcement. Research on academic qualifications. A study on the theory and physical fitness test of five-member referees. By studying the above problems in depth, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. The regional distribution of referees in Chengdu is uneven, the gap between male and female referees is large, and there is a serious imbalance. 2. The age of Chengdu referees is mainly concentrated in the age of 20-30 years and over 40 years old. The number of referees aged 30-35 years old is relatively small, showing the phenomenon of middle age connecting fault. The lack of practical opportunities for female referees leads to a lot of problems, such as low enthusiasm, lack of experience, lack of self-confidence, lack of business communication and so on. The referee committee of Chengdu Football Association is not set up properly, the personnel is not enough, there is no regular training, the management is loose, not systematic, and the referees lack the reasonable exchange of business learning. 5. The improper utilization of the resources of cooperation with the surrounding associations and local colleges and universities limits the training environment of reserve forces of referees.
