负重快速伸缩复合训练对高校短跑运动员下肢爆发力影响的研究

【摘要】:田径项目取胜的关键就是爆发力,爆发力的好坏直接影响着成绩是否优异,所以田径教练员在体育训练中都十分重视发展运动员爆发力,随着社会对爆发力理解的不断深入,当代运动竞技成绩显著提高。我们知道快速伸缩复合训练(Plyometrics training,以下简称PT)通常被作为一种提高短跑运动员下肢爆发力的方法,同时也有许多研究表明快速伸缩复合训练和负重训练(Weight training,以下简称WT)两者相结合会取得锦上添花的效果,但是运用何种负重方式的PT训练能在训练中发挥更好的效果,对此进行研究的人却很少。因此,本人通过实验对比和分析,希望探索出提高运动员下肢爆发力和力量的最佳训练方法组合,有效的指导高校短跑运动员运动训练实践,更好地提高受训人员最大力量和爆发力,从而尽可能避免短跑队员的运动损伤。我采用实验法、专家访谈法、数理统计法以及文献资料法对本文进行研究,实验对象是辽宁石油化工大学12名田径短跑男运动员,在随机的情况下将辽宁石油化工大学12名男田径短跑运动员分成6人的测试Ⅰ组和6人的测试Ⅱ组。两组分别采用不同方式负重的快速伸缩复合训练进行练习,测试Ⅰ组采用WT训练和PT训练相结合的方法(Combined training,以下简称CT),测试Ⅱ组进行负重快速伸缩复合训练(Weight plyometrics training,以下简称WPT),在为期8周的训练之后,得出最佳的提高高校短跑远动员下肢爆发力和力量的训练方法组合。研究结果如下:1、经过8周CT训练之后,实验前后运动员下肢爆发力成绩的差异为高度显著性(P0.01),实验前后运动员下肢力量成绩的差异为高度显著性(P0.01)。2、经过8周负WPT训练之后,实验前后运动员的30m跑、立定三级跳、原地纵跳摸高、爆发力测试仪和专项成绩的差异为高度显著性(P0.01),实验前后立定跳远成绩的差异为显著性(P0.05)。实验前后运动员的蹲起1RM和60%自重半蹲5次计时成绩的差异为显著性(P0.01),实验前后蹲起/体重比成绩的差异为高度显著性(P0.05)。3、经过8周训练之后,测试Ⅰ组和测试Ⅱ组的30m跑、立定三级跳、原地纵跳摸高、专项成绩的差异为显著性(P0.05),爆发力测试仪成绩得差异为高度显著性(P0.01);测试Ⅰ组的蹲起1RM和60%自重半蹲5次计时成绩的差异为显著性(P0.05),蹲起/体重比成绩的差异为高度显著性(P0.01),测试Ⅰ组的各项成绩优于测试Ⅱ组。研究结论:CT训练可以有效提高高校男子二级短跑运动员下肢爆发力和力量;WPT训练可以有效提高高校男子二级短跑运动员下肢爆发力和力量;CT训练与WPT训练相比较而言,前者对高校男子二级短跑运动员下肢爆发力和力量的提高更有效。
