55-64岁健康人群最大脂肪代谢强度下运动中的心血管风险

【摘要】:目的:了解55-64岁人群的最大脂肪代谢强度;探讨年龄、性别、体脂百分比、运动时间对该人群在最大脂肪代谢强度下运动时心血管风险的影响。方法:选取北京市某社区41名55-64岁健康人群,男20名,女21名。采用功率车递增运动负荷方案测试心肺耐力,计算最大脂肪代谢强度。使该人群在Fatmax下进行持续运动,采集运动中的相关数据,评价不同年龄、性别、体脂百分比、运动时间对运动中的心率、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、心率收缩压乘积的影响。数据采用Shapiro-Wilk正态分布检验,两组间差异采用独立样本T检验,率的比较采用卡方检验,不同时间上的数据变化采用重复测量的多元方差分析,显著性水准P=0.05。结果:(1)55-64岁人群Fatmax范围为30%—75%VO2max,男性约为50%VO2max,女性约为53%VO2max。(2)心肺耐力与Fatmax(VO2max%)呈负相关,且具有非常显著性差异(p0.01)。(3)男性Fatmax(VO2max%)显著低于女性(p0.05);男性中,体脂正常者的Fatmax(VO2max%)低于超重肥胖者,无显著性差异;女性中,体脂正常者的Fatmax(VO2max%)明显低于超重肥胖者,且具有非常显著性差异(p0.01)。(4)运动中ST段下降≥0.1mv反应的发生率为7.32%。(5)Fatmax运动30min时,老年组的PP要显著高于中年组(p0.05)。(6)Fatmax运动30min时,男性的SBP和DBP显著高于女性,男性的RPP在30min内有显著变化(p0.05);在男性中,超重肥胖者RPP在30min内的变化存在显著性差异(p0.05)。结论:(1)55-64岁中老年人Fatmax的运动强度范围约在30%-75%VO2max,分布较广,个体差异较大。(2)55-64岁人群进行Fatmax运动时心血管事件阳性反应发生率为7.32%。(3)55-64岁人群进行Fatmax运动时,老年人风险高于中年人,男性风险高于女性,超重肥胖者风险高于体脂正常人群。

Methods: 41 healthy persons aged 55-64 years were selected from a community in Beijing, including 20 males and 21 females. The cardiopulmonary endurance was measured by the incremental exercise load scheme and the maximum fat metabolic intensity was calculated. To make this group continue to exercise under Fatmax, collect relevant data during exercise, evaluate the effect of age, sex, percentage of body fat, exercise time on heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and the product of heart rate systolic pressure. The data were tested by Shapiro-Wilk normal distribution test, the difference between the two groups was tested by independent sample T test, and the rate was compared by chi-square test.
