集体同场对抗技战主导类项群“快攻”战术的研究

【摘要】:本次研究是在项群训练理论的基础上,研究集体同场对抗技战主导类项群(足球、篮球、手球、水球、冰球、曲棍球)比赛中的快攻战术问题,以集体同场对抗技战主导类项群快攻战术作为研究对象,对这6个运动项目的快攻战术特征横向进行了相关探索研究,对各子项目快攻战术存在的共同点和差异进行分析,接下来对其进行细化整理,整合该项群各子项目间共有的快攻战术规律,并分离出该项群6个子项目自身特有的快攻战术,从而总结归纳出该项群各个子项目间较为完整的专项训练快攻理论体系,创建一个适用于本项群各项目之间快攻战术方面起到正迁移和相互借鉴的理论平台。项群训练理论发表以来,一直保持着高速的发展,主要的项群理论进展有:依复合主导竞技能力划分项群;多标准、多维度的项群组合;依不同项群特点划规训练大周期;广泛的应用项群训练概念。项群训练理论的问世,首先,从纵向角度看,很大程度上弥补了运动训练学原有两层次训练理论的不足,形成了由一般-项群-专项三层次训练理论构成的新体系,很好的弥补了原有两层次训练理论之间出现的断层,在研究和揭示具有相同特点运动项目的训练规律方面创造了可行的路径;其次,从横向角度看,可在项群训练理论的指导下,对具有相似竞技特点与训练要求的项目展开相似的训练模式,即关于运动训练原则、内容、负荷、方法以及训练安排等方面的研究,使得运动训练理研究的领域有了更深层次的拓展。但是,就当前对项群训练理论的研究来看,仍处于比较初级状态,在对项群体系的划分方面,依据不同的划分标准把不同的运动项目归纳为不同的项群,构建了较为完善的项群分组框架,但并没有提出在项群层面上对某一项群各子项目具体训练实践共同的理论指导。在对项群训练体系中的许多细节性问题的研究不充分,甚至处于空白状态,具体化和针对性程度处于探索阶段。同时,目前国内外对该项群的研究大都是对单一项目或两个项目单独研究的层面,很少能够做到在项群的高度上,把同一项群的各子项目作为一个整体来进行实践指导和研究。由此可见,目前项群训练理论存在很大空缺之处,需要我们持续不断填充、完善己构筑的项群训练理论体系框架,使其不断发展壮大,由稚嫩走向成熟,在训练实践中发挥应有的价值,并能够在“全民健身计划”和“奥运争光计划”的实施与体育教育改革中提供很好的理论指导和帮助。本文主要对集体同场对抗技战主导类项群各个项目的快攻战术的特征、实施过程、形式、技战术结构、要求以及影响因素等方面进行整理、归纳和分析,总结出各子项目之间“快攻”战术的共性和差异。研究结果表明:在快攻战术的运用的特征、过程、形式、技战术结构、要求及影响因素等方面,集体同场对抗技战主导类项群各子项目之间存在共同特点,并同时存在诸多差异性,这是由于该项群各项目的自身特点、比赛场地、比赛规则等方面因素的不同所造成。因此,本研究不仅有助于构筑一个完整的集体同场对抗技战主导类项群的快攻战术理论体系,而且较好地填充和完善了之前在该项群进攻战术研究方面的短缺。对集体同场对抗技战主导类项群“快攻”战术研究,其期望所在是为“项群训练理论”研究的一个细小分支提供理论支撑,以及进一步填补项群训练理论研究的空缺。同时为实现本项群项目间有效的理论迁移,丰富本项群快攻战术理论,为该项群各子项目提供一个可以相互借鉴、相互学习的理论平台,更好的指导该项群各项目的教学训练实践,提高各子项目的训练水平和比赛成绩。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of event group training, this paper studies the fast attack tactics in the dominant group of events (soccer, basketball, handball, water polo, ice hockey, hockey) in the same game. Taking the fast attack tactics of the dominant group of events in the same game as the research object, the characteristics of the fast attack tactics of the six sports events are carried out horizontally. This paper analyzes the common points and differences of the fast-break tactics of each sub-item, then finishes and sorts them out, integrates the common fast-break tactics rules among the sub-items of the group, and separates the special fast-break tactics of the six sub-items of the group, thus sums up the comparison among the sub-items of the group. Since the publication of the event group training theory, it has maintained a high-speed development. The main progress of event group theory is as follows: dividing the event group according to compound dominant competitive ability; dividing the event group according to multi-criteria and multi-criteria; The emergence of event group training theory, first of all, from a vertical point of view, largely made up for the shortcomings of the original two-level training theory of sports training, forming a new three-level training theory consisting of general-event group-specific training theory. The system makes up the gap between the two levels of training theory and creates a feasible way to study and reveal the training rules of sports with the same characteristics; secondly, from the horizontal point of view, under the guidance of event group training theory, similar sports with similar characteristics and training requirements can be launched. Training mode, that is, the study on the principles, contents, loads, methods and training arrangements of sports training, makes the field of sports training theory research have a deeper expansion. However, the current research on the theory of event group training is still in a relatively primary state, in terms of the division of event group system, according to different division. The standard classifies different sports into different event groups and constructs a more perfect framework for event group grouping, but it does not put forward the common theoretical guidance for the specific training practice of each sub-item of a certain event group at the event group level. At the same time, at home and abroad, the research on this group is mostly on the level of a single project or two projects, and seldom on the level of the item group, the sub-items of the same item group as a whole for practical guidance and research. There are great vacancies in the theory, which need us to fill in and perfect the theoretical framework of event group training, so as to make it develop and grow from childishness to maturity, play its due value in training practice, and be able to carry out the "National Fitness Program" and "Olympic Glory Program" and reform of physical education. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics, implementation process, forms, technical and tactical structure, requirements and influencing factors of the fast-break tactics of the main events in the group-on-the-spot confrontation. The results show that there are common characteristics and many differences among the sub-events of the dominant group in the same-court confrontation in terms of the characteristics, process, form, structure, requirements and influencing factors of the application of fast-break tactics. This is due to the characteristics of the sub-items of the group, the playing field and the rules of the game. Therefore, this study not only helps to construct a complete theoretical system of fast-break tactics for the dominant group of tactics in the same-court group confrontation, but also fills and perfects the shortage of previous research on the offensive tactics of this group. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support for a small branch of the research on the theory of event group training and to fill the gap in the theory of event group training. On the platform, it can better guide the teaching and training practice of each item of the group, and improve the training level and competition results of each sub-item.
