河南油田职工的体育锻炼参与行为研究

【摘要】：石油生产工艺和产品的特殊性,决定了石油行业职工身体健康的重要性,对石油行业职工的身体健康应给予一定的关注和重视。关注职工的身体健康就要关注职工体育。河南油田是一个复杂的大生产系统,其中有从事现场生产的一线职工,还有从事辅助生产的二线职工,以及为生产作科技服务的三线职工,不同工线职工对体育的需求存在差异,处理好这些差异有利于职工体育发展。论文对油田一、二、三线职工的体育锻炼参与认知、参与实践、参与方式、参与激励、参与评价的现状进行调查并对比分析,从中寻找不同工线职工存在的差异,有针对性地提出改善的建议。本文运用用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对河南油田职工的体育锻炼参与行为进行研究,得出以下结论:总的来讲河南油田职工的体育锻炼参与行为存在一定差异,具体表现在以下几方面:1.体育锻炼参与认知方面,文化水平的不同,认为体育锻炼重要的人数比例一线职工显著低于三线职工。2.体育锻炼参与实践方面,劳动强度、余暇时间活动安排不同,锻炼场地分布不合理,体育锻炼动机、锻炼形式的差异,法定工作日和大小班轮流上班的工作形式,体育锻炼参与时间段选择下午到傍晚的人数比例一线职工显著低于三线职工,体育锻炼参与时长在30分钟以上的人数比例一线职工显著低于三线职工,体育锻炼参与场所选择正规场所的人数比例一线职工显著低于三线,体育锻炼参与次数在3次以上的人数比例一线职工、二线职工均显著少于三线职工。3.体育锻炼参与方式方面,个人月收入水平的差异,使一线职工与二线、三线职工在体育锻炼参与消费上显著不同,一线职工主要以实物型消费为主。4.油田职工体育锻炼动机均来自自己、动机目标均以健身和愉悦心情为主,使一线、二线、三线职工之间体育锻炼参与激励方面均不存在显著差异。5.油田职工体育锻炼参与内容均以健身和娱乐类内容为主、参与形式均以个人形式为主,使一线、二线、三线职工之间在体育锻炼参与评价方面均不存在显著差异。本文提出以下建议:1.企业应运用各种方法提高职工体育锻炼重要性的认识,对一线职工要特别注重提高其知识水平,使其真正认识到开展体育锻炼意义和身体健康真正意义。2.企业应重视职工体育活动的开展,合理调整一线、二线职工的工作形式、时间,加强企业体育文化、场地设施的建设,促进职工积极参与体育锻炼。3.企业单位应加大职工体育福利的发放,特别是一线职工和二线职工,促进职工体育参与消费形式多元化。4.加强体育知识的宣传,使职工充分了解体育相关知识、信息,并组织开展多种形式的体育活动,使职工体验不同形式体育活动的价值、乐趣,了解体育真正的价值、功能。5.充分发挥基层体育组织、社会体育指导员的力量,制定科学的体育锻炼参与评价体系,对职工参与体育锻炼后的效益,进行科学系统的指导和管理。
[Abstract]:The particularity of petroleum production technology and products decides the importance of the workers'health in the petroleum industry, and the workers' health in the petroleum industry should be paid attention to. Workers, workers engaged in auxiliary production, and workers working in the third line of scientific and technological services for production, there are differences in the needs of different line of workers for sports, to deal with these differences is conducive to the development of workers'sports. This paper uses the methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the participation behavior of Henan oilfield workers in physical exercise and draws the following conclusions: In Henan oilfield, there are some differences in the participation behavior of the workers in physical exercise, which are embodied in the following aspects: 1. The awareness of physical exercise participation, the different cultural level, that is, the proportion of the important number of physical exercise workers is significantly lower than that of the workers in the third line. 2. Physical exercise participation in practice, labor intensity, leisure time activity safety. Different ranking, unreasonable distribution of exercise venues, differences in motivation and form of exercise, working forms of alternate working days and shifts of sizes, the proportion of front-line workers who participate in physical exercise from afternoon to evening is significantly lower than that of third-line workers, and the proportion of front-line workers who participate in physical exercise for more than 30 minutes is higher than that of front-line workers. Workers were significantly lower than the third-line workers. The proportion of the first-line workers in choosing formal places for physical exercise participation was significantly lower than that of the third-line workers. Workers and workers on the second line and third line are significantly different in participating in sports consumption. First-line workers are mainly based on physical consumption. 4. Oilfield workers'motivation for sports exercise comes from themselves. Motivation goals are mainly fitness and pleasure, so that there is no significant difference between first-line, second-line and third-line workers in participating in sports motivation. The content of physical exercise participation of oilfield workers is mainly fitness and entertainment, and the form of participation is mainly personal. There is no significant difference in the evaluation of physical exercise participation among the first, second and third line workers. 2. Enterprises should attach importance to the development of sports activities, rationally adjust the working forms and time of front-line and second-line workers, strengthen the construction of enterprise sports culture, venues and facilities, and promote the active participation of workers in sports. Sports and exercise. 3. Enterprises should increase the distribution of workers'sports welfare, especially the first-line workers and second-line workers, to promote the diversification of sports participation and consumption. 4. Strengthen the publicity of sports knowledge, so that workers fully understand sports-related knowledge, information, and organize various forms of sports activities, so that workers experience different forms of sports. 5. Give full play to the strength of grass-roots sports organizations and social sports instructors, formulate a scientific evaluation system of participation in physical exercise, and conduct scientific and systematic guidance and management of the benefits of workers'participation in physical exercise.
