我国游泳社会体育指导员教学能力考核标准体系实施现状研究

【摘要】:国家体育总局职业技能鉴定指导中心于2013年修订了《游泳社会体育指导员考核细则》,新版考核细则在教学指导能力考核方式上把2006版10分钟说课改为更加直观的10分钟模拟教学。考核模式的改变、模拟教学课的特殊性、考核标准的滞后性等加大了考评员对考生教学指导能力观察和评判的难度,进而影响了考评员的评价方式和评价的客观性、准确性。本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、录像分析、实地调查等方法对“我国游泳社会体育指导员教学能力考核标准体系实施现状”和“广东省游泳社会体育指导员教学指导能力考评现状”进行调查分析,从而为广东省职业技能鉴定站的管理者提供决策依据,使游泳社会体育指导员考评工作更加科学、合理,为游泳社会体育指导员职业健康发展提供保障。研究结果如下:1、为了解游泳社会体育指导员能力现状设计问卷,统计结果显示63%的人认为当前指导员教学能力有待提高;认为指导员基本技术偏低的占34%;认为应提高其他能力的仅占3%。2、抽样收录2015年教学指导能力考核评分表,数据处理后显示13项考核指标中考评员在⑵、⑶、⑸、⑹、⑺、⒀这几项指标(指标序列号见附录D)存在较大评分误差。3、问卷统计数据显示,考评员们普遍认为影响教学指导能力评分误差的因素主要包括考核标准、10分钟课特殊性、考评员标准理解偏差、业务能力、考评员监督管理机制等。其中,选择考核标准的占91%;认为10分钟课特殊性对评分影响较大的占81%;认为对考评员缺乏监督管理机制的占30%。4、研究发现,当前游泳社会体育指导员考评体系整体较为完备,但仍存在反馈机制缺失、对考评员缺乏监督管理机制等缺陷。访谈有关专家和考评员,普遍认为国家体育总局职鉴中心应当完善现行监督管理机制;同时,给予各地区职鉴站更大权利、职鉴站根据考评员日常表现给予安排工作等措施加强管理。此外,在考评工作流程中加设定期培训会议、考评后小结会、考后信息反馈等以保障考评工作顺利完成。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the Vocational skill Appraisal guidance Center of the State Sports Administration revised the rules for the Assessment of Swimming Social Sports instructors, and the new version of the rules changed the 2006 edition of the 10-minute course into a more intuitive one. 10 minutes simulation teaching. The change of the examination mode, the particularity of the simulated teaching course, the lag of the assessment standard and so on have increased the difficulty for the examinee to observe and judge the examinee's teaching instruction ability, thus has affected the examiner's evaluation way and the appraisal objectivity, the accuracy. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, video analysis, Field investigation and other methods are carried out to investigate and analyze the implementation of the standard system of teaching ability assessment of swimming social sports instructors in China and the present situation of evaluation of teaching guidance ability of swimming social sports instructors in Guangdong Province. It can provide decision basis for the managers of Guangdong vocational skill appraisal station, make the evaluation work of swimming social sports instructors more scientific and reasonable, and provide guarantee for the healthy development of swimming social sports instructors. The results are as follows: 1. The questionnaire is designed to understand the current situation of swimming social sports instructor ability. The statistical results show that 63% of the people think that the current instructor teaching ability needs to be improved; 34 of them considered that the basic skills of instructors were on the low side, and only 30.2 thought that other abilities should be improved. The scale of assessment of teaching instruction ability in 2015 was sampled and the data processing showed that the examiners were 6 / 7 of the 13 assessment indexes. 13 these indicators (see Appendix D for the serial number of indicators) have a large score error of .3.The statistical data of the questionnaire show that the factors that affect the scoring error of teaching guidance ability mainly include the particularity of the 10-minute course. The examiner standard understanding deviation, the business ability, the examiner supervises the management mechanism and so on. Among them, 91% selected the assessment standard; 81% thought that the particularity of 10-minute class had a great impact on the score; 30.4% thought that the examiner lacked supervision and management mechanism. The study found that the current swimming social sports instructor evaluation system was relatively complete. However, there are still some defects such as the lack of feedback mechanism and the lack of supervision and management mechanism for examiners. Interviewing relevant experts and examiners, it is generally agreed that the Vocational Inspection Center of the State Sports Administration should improve the current supervision and management mechanism, and at the same time, give more rights to the regional vocational training stations. According to the daily performance of the examiners, job evaluation station to arrange work and other measures to strengthen management. In addition, regular training meeting, summary meeting and information feedback are set up to ensure the successful completion of the evaluation.
