湖北省青少年排球运动员隐性知识能力特征研究

【摘要】:隐性知识的核心观点是“我们所知道的远远多于我们我们能够言说的”。它具有难言性、程序性、即时性、私有性、模糊性和非正式性特征,在组织和个人的竞争中起着决定性的作用,是构成一个人或组织核心竞争力的基础。排球运动员的隐性知识能力是在一次次训练和比赛中逐步形成的,而隐性知识能力也能反过来影响日常的训练和比赛,两者相辅相成。鉴于此,本文试图揭示湖北省青少年排球运动员隐性知识能力所具有的特征。本文主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,以湖北省青少年排球运动员为研究对象,以其隐性知识能力特征为研究内容,运用我国学者李作学编制的《个体隐性知识能力调查问卷》对湖北省青少年排球运动员进行调查,采用SPSS19.0统计软件对所得的数据进行整理分析,并对湖北省青少年排球运动员在性别、年龄、训练年限和场上位置四方面的隐性知识能力特征进行研究。主要研究结论如下:1.湖北省青少年排球运动员随着年龄的增大、训练年限的延长和场上职能分工不同,其隐性知识能力呈现出逐步强化、位置职能异化与男女性别分化的突出特征。2.湖北省青少年男排运动员较之女排运动员其专业技能熟练,情感较为稳定,且球队人际关系更为和谐,但在自我学习、创新能力、个人信念和社会价值认知程度等方面,男、女排运动员基本趋于相一致的特征。3.湖北省青少年排球运动员的专业技能维度、元认知维度、价值观维度、情感维度和人际维度会随着年龄和训练年限的增加而出现逐渐增长的特征。4.在专业技能维度上,攻手优于二传手和自由人,原因在于,攻手是比赛的主要得分手,这就要求其必须具备高超的专业技能;在情感维度和人际维度上,二传手优于攻手和自由人,原因在于二传手是比赛中的主要沟通者,其既要鼓舞士气,又要做好全队的配合工作;在元认知维度和价值观上,攻手、二传手和自由人基本无异。
[Abstract]:The core idea of tacit knowledge is that "we know far more than we can say." It has the characteristics of unspeakable, procedural, immediate, private, fuzzy and informal, and plays a decisive role in the competition between organizations and individuals. It is the basis of the core competence of a person or an organization. The tacit knowledge ability of volleyball players is gradually formed in the training and competition, and the tacit knowledge ability can influence the daily training and competition in turn, the two complement each other. In view of this, this paper tries to reveal the characteristics of the tacit knowledge ability of Hubei adolescent volleyball players. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, taking the young volleyball players in Hubei Province as the research object and the characteristics of their tacit knowledge ability as the research contents. Using the questionnaire of individual tacit knowledge ability compiled by Li Zuoxue, a scholar of our country, this paper investigates the juvenile volleyball players in Hubei Province, and analyzes the data by using SPSS19.0 software. The characteristics of tacit knowledge ability of Hubei adolescent volleyball players in gender, age, training years and position on the court were also studied. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. With the increase of age, the prolongation of training years and the different division of functions, the tacit knowledge ability of juvenile volleyball players in Hubei Province is gradually strengthened, and the prominent characteristics of the alienation of position function and the gender differentiation between men and women. Compared with the female volleyball players, Hubei adolescent male volleyball athletes are more skilled in professional skills, more stable in emotion, and more harmonious in their interpersonal relationships. However, in the aspects of self-study, innovation ability, personal belief and social value cognition degree, male, etc. Women volleyball athletes tend to be consistent characteristics. 3. The professional skill dimension, metacognitive dimension, value dimension, emotional dimension and interpersonal dimension of Hubei adolescent volleyball players will gradually increase with the increase of age and training years. 4. In terms of professional skills, the attacker is superior to the second passer and the free, because the attacker is the main scorer of the game, which requires that he have excellent professional skills; in the emotional and interpersonal dimensions, The reason is that the second pass is the main communicator in the competition, which should not only boost the morale, but also do a good job with the team; in the metacognitive dimension and values, the attacker, the second pass and the free man are basically the same.
