悬吊训练对青少年三级跳远运动员专项运动能力的影响

【摘要】:三级跳远是田径项目三种跳跃项目中的一项,其中起跳阶段扮演着重要角色。一个有效的起跳动作需要最佳的垂直起跳速度,同时减少水平方向速度的损失以及对身体平衡性较好地控制。而完成这一动作需要三级跳远运动员具备较好的身体素质,悬吊训练被认为可以同时发展身体力量、平衡、灵敏及核心稳定性。因此通过悬吊训练可以有效地对三级跳远运动员进行针对性地身体素质训练,从而提高其专项运动能力及运动表现。研究目的:本研究采用上肢爆发力测试、下肢爆发力测试、灵敏性、平衡性测试及专项能力测试等方法,通过测量经过18周传统力量训练及悬吊训练前后,三级跳远运动员上、下肢爆发力,身体灵敏性、平衡性以及专项能力的变化,研究和探讨不同训练方法对三级跳远运动员专项能力及运动表现的影响。其结果可为今后教练员及运动员对训练手段的选取以及三级跳远教学提供理论依据。研究方法:本研究通过文献资料法、实验研究法及数理统计法进行研究与分析。其中文献资料法通过查阅相关数据库得到相关文献资料,从而为本文提供坚实的理论依据。实验研究法通过将8名国家二级水平男子三级跳远运动员,随机分为实验组与对照组。应用美产TRX?训练带对实验组受试者进行为期18周的悬吊训练,同时对照组受试者进行传统力量训练。训练前与经过18周的训练后,分别对实验组与对照组受试者进行上肢爆发力测试、下肢爆发力测试、身体灵敏性、平衡性测试及专项运动能力测试。数理统计法应用独立样本T检验法分析不同训练方法训练前后(组内及组间差异)对三级跳运动员专项运动能力相关指标的影响。本研究规定一类错误的概率小于0.05时数据有显著性意义。研究结论:1.通过悬吊训练,三级跳远运动员上、下肢爆发力,身体灵敏性、平衡性及专项成绩均有显著提高。2.悬吊训练主要对三级跳远运动员灵敏、平衡能力产生影响,而传统力量训练则更侧重于对运动员上、下肢爆发力进行提高。3.悬吊训练和传统力量训练方法对三级跳远运动员运动表现的影响亦不同。4.悬吊训练较传统力量训练在提升三级跳远运动员上肢爆发力、身体灵敏性、身体平衡性及专项成绩方面更加有效。
[Abstract]:The triple jump is one of the three jumping events in track and field, in which the take-off stage plays an important role. An effective takeoff requires optimal vertical take-off speed, while reducing the loss of horizontal velocity and better control of body balance. To complete this action, the triple jumpers need to have good physical fitness. Suspension training is considered to develop physical strength, balance, agility and core stability at the same time. Therefore, suspension training can effectively train triple jumpers' physical quality, thus improving their specific sports ability and performance. Objective: the purpose of this study was to use the methods of upper limb explosive force test, lower extremity explosive force test, sensitivity test, balance test and special ability test, through measuring before and after 18 Zhou Chuantong strength training and suspension training, triple jump athletes, The effects of different training methods on the specific ability and performance of triple jumpers were studied and discussed in the changes of lower limb explosive power, body sensitivity, balance and special ability. The results can provide theoretical basis for coaches and athletes to select training methods and triple jump teaching. Methods: this study was studied and analyzed by literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. Among them, the literature method obtains the relevant documents by consulting the relevant databases, thus providing a solid theoretical basis for this paper. By means of experimental study, 8 national second-level male triple jumpers were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Application of American TRX? The subjects in the experimental group were trained with suspension for 18 weeks, while the subjects in the control group received traditional strength training. Before and after training for 18 weeks, the subjects in the experimental group and the control group were tested for upper limb explosive force, lower extremity explosive force, body sensitivity, balance test and specific exercise ability test respectively. The independent sample T test method was used to analyze the influence of different training methods (intra-group and inter-group differences) on the specific sports ability of three-level jumpers. In this study, there is a significant difference when the probability of a class of errors is less than 0.05. Conclusion: 1. Through suspension training, triple jump athletes on the lower extremity burst, body sensitivity, balance and special results are significantly improved. 2. Suspension training mainly affects the agility and balance ability of the triple jumpers, while the traditional strength training focuses on improving the explosive force of the athletes' upper and lower limbs. Suspension training and traditional strength training methods have different effects on the performance of triple jumpers. The suspension training is more effective than the traditional strength training in enhancing the upper limb explosive force, body sensitivity, body balance and special achievement of triple jumpers.
