艺术体操徒手训练对女大学生身体形态影响的研究

【摘要】:艺术体操从20年代到50年代初已逐渐发展为竞技性运动项目。在20世界80年代以其独特的魅力在各大城市体育院校广泛开展,以徒手和轻器械两种形式为特点,在音乐的伴奏下进行女子独有的体育运动项目。艺术体操是韵律体操、自然体操和现代舞蹈是经过长期实践逐步发展而形成,是身体动作自然的美化和提炼。随着全民健身运动的开展,艺术体操不仅作为教学手段进入各大院校的体育教学大纲,而且还因为它特有的一些训练手法,可以培养形体美、气质美、姿态美和动作美,通过训练可以使身体的柔韧性、协调性得到更进一步的提高,对人们形体的朔造有着良好的辅助作用。本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访问法和实验法等研究方法,选取武汉体育学院体育科技学院2013级体育教育专业60名女大学生为实验对象,通过对参与实验的2个组进行实验前和实验后所测身体指标数据的对比分析,剖析艺术体操徒手动作内容训练对女大学生身体形态的具体影响以及造成影响的具体原因。具体研究结果如下:1、通过15周艺术体操徒手训练,实验组和对照组的体重和BMI值有显著性差异;说明15周的艺术体操徒手训练内容,能够有效的控制女大学生体重增长,降低体脂肪含量,防止体型向横向发展的趋势。2、通过15周艺术体操徒手训练,实验组和对照组在体格和皮脂厚度指标中,上臂围和上臂皮脂肪厚度无显著性差异,主要由于把杆练习和行进间练习是以下肢训练为主,因此对上臂围和上臂皮脂厚度没有影响。3、通过15周的艺术体操徒手训练,实验组和对照组在体格指标中,臀围、胸围、小腿围都具有显著性差异;在皮脂厚度指标中,臀部和小腿部都有明显减小的趋势,说明波浪、跳跃、平衡和把杆练习对女大学生含胸驼背和腿部线条有明显的改善效果。4、通过15周的艺术体操徒手训练,实验组和对照组在体格指标中,腰围和大腿围都有明显减小的趋势;在皮脂厚度指标中,肩胛部、腹部和大腿部皮质厚度都具有非常显著性差异,说明徒手成套和带操成套练习对降低机体脂肪含量,改善女大学生的身体围度、减少皮脂肪厚度有良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Rhythmic gymnastics has gradually developed into a competitive sport from the 1920s to the early 1950s. In the 1980s, with its unique charm, it was widely carried out in the major city sports colleges and universities, with the characteristics of unarmed and light instruments, women's unique sports events were carried out under the accompaniment of music. Rhythmic gymnastics is rhythmic gymnastics, natural gymnastics and modern dance are formed through long-term practice, which is the natural beautification and refinement of body movements. With the development of the national fitness campaign, rhythmic gymnastics not only enters the physical education syllabus of the universities as a teaching means, but also because of its unique training techniques, it can cultivate the beauty of form, temperament, posture and movement. Through training, the flexibility and coordination of the body can be further improved. Based on the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, expert visit and experiment, 60 female college students majoring in physical education of 2013 grade in Wuhan Institute of physical Education and Technology were selected as the experimental objects. Based on the comparative analysis of the body index data of the two groups before and after the experiment, this paper analyzed the concrete influence of the content training on the female college students' body shape and the causes of the influence. The specific results of the study are as follows: 1. Through 15 weeks of free-hand training in rhythmic gymnastics, the weight and BMI value of the experimental group and the control group have significant differences, which shows that the content of the 15-week free-hand training in rhythmic gymnastics can effectively control the weight growth of female college students. The body fat content was reduced, and the trend of lateral development of body shape was prevented. After 15 weeks of free-hand training in rhythmic gymnastics, there was no significant difference in the fat thickness of upper arm circumference and upper arm skin between the experimental group and the control group in terms of body size and sebum thickness. The main reason is that the training of the lower limbs is the main part of the training between the bar and the movement, so it has no effect on the thickness of the upper arm circumference and the sebum of the upper arm. After 15 weeks of free-hand training in rhythmic gymnastics, the experimental group and the control group in the physical indexes, hip circumference, chest circumference, In the index of sebum thickness, the buttocks and the shank showed a significant decrease trend, indicating that the waves, jumping, The effects of balance and pole exercise on the humpback and leg line of female college students were improved obviously. Through 15 weeks' manual training of rhythmic gymnastics, the waist circumference and thigh circumference of the experimental group and the control group decreased obviously in the physique index. In the index of sebum thickness, the thickness of scapula, abdomen and leg cortex were all significantly different, which indicated that the complete set of exercises with bare hands and exercises could reduce the body fat content and improve the body circumference of female college students. Reduce skin fat thickness has good effect.
