表象训练对青少年羽毛球学习效果影响的实验研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, badminton has attracted the popularity of the public and the majority of young students. With the popularity and development of badminton, the field of teaching and training has received extensive attention, and many new ideas have been discovered in the exploration and practice. Suitable training methods to meet the needs of the healthy and rapid development of the sport. However, at the present stage, the research of badminton teaching is mainly focused on the professional sports team training and badminton classroom teaching in colleges and universities, and the research on teaching and training methods for the public and young people is very scarce. Therefore, it is an urgent and arduous task to study and prove the effective method to fill the gap. Imagery training is a kind of internal training method which is widely used in sports training and teaching. Many experiments on imagery training have proved that it can effectively improve the training effect of motor skills, and also has an obvious effect on many other abilities in sports. The former has already had quite a lot of experience in the use of imagery training, and has successfully applied it to all kinds of sports. With the help of previous experience, this study applies imagery training to juvenile badminton classroom, changes the traditional teaching mode which is widely used now, and brings imagery training into the classroom teaching of teenagers to provide powerful theoretical proof. Improve the quality of classroom teaching for teenagers. At first, the paper expounds the training of appearance in theory, and through the experimental process of introducing the training of representation into the teaching of young badminton, finds out and proves the influence of the training of appearance on the learning of badminton. This experiment selected 50 young badminton lovers in Wuhan, after 24 teaching, the experimental results of the experimental group and the control group were studied and analyzed, and the following conclusions were drawn: (1) in the teaching of young badminton technology, Compared with transmission training, imagery training is more in line with learners' learning rules, and can effectively improve the speed of formation of motor skills and the level of proficiency in footwork. (2) in the training of badminton technology for teenagers, The use of imagery training can effectively promote the use and mastery of students' motor skills and footwork. (3) in the teaching of juvenile badminton, the use of imagery training can promote the improvement of learners' expressive ability. And the level of presentation ability can affect the speed of learning motor skills. (4) imagery training improves the boring traditional teaching mode, fully mobilize the students' subjective initiative, and increase the fun of training. Effectively improve students' interest in badminton, promote students' motivation to learn. (5) on the basis of establishing excellent appearance, observe the completion of skill movements through their own exercises. Through analysis and discussion, it is found and corrected that learners can adjust and feedback effectively and improve their motor skills (6) representation training can fully mobilize the learner's brain potential. To develop the basic abilities of teenagers to find and solve problems, which not only arouses students' enthusiasm, but also effectively exerts students' thinking ability and develops students' intelligence. (7) it has been proved by experiments. Compared with traditional teaching, imagery training has many beneficial effects. It inherits the advantages and advantages of the traditional teaching mode, reasonably improves and makes up for its shortcomings, and meets the needs of the reform of modern youth feather ball teaching. It is a more effective training method in feather ball training.
