吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课开展情况调研报告

【摘要】:为促进吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的进一步发展,提升公共体育篮球选项课的教学效果,深入研究并了解吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的状况,从篮球选项课的教学培养目标等方面进行分析研究,使篮球选项课更加适合高校公共体育的教学情况和学生的实际状况。通过多样化的教学方法,丰富的饿教学内容,激发学生参与篮球选项课的兴趣,培养学生终身体育意识。以吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课教学为研究对象,调查选取吉林省4所普通高校进行调查与分析,得到以下结论:(1)吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的培养目标符合新《纲要》提出的运动参与、运动技能、和身体健康三个目标,但在学生心理健康和社会适应两个方面欠缺。(2)吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课与新《纲要》要求的普通高等学校四个学期共计144学时有一定差距。篮球选项课教学内容与学时分配主要教学内容是篮球基础理论、基本技战术和学生身体专业素质三个方面,基本满足篮球选项课学生的需求。(3)成绩考核方式不科学,绝对性评价是篮球选项课学生成绩考核的主要方式,缺乏多种评价方式,篮球选项课缺少室内教学场地和器材,外界因素影响课程质量。(4)吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的任课教师中硕士研究生学历的比重最大,能满足高校教学条件,教师职称结构成正态分布;篮球选项课的学生接触篮球时间比较长,但篮球的自我认知水平较低,学生参与篮球运动兴趣一般,学习动机总体良好,但终身体育意识薄弱。根据吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课教学的调查研究结论,对今后吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课教学提出几点建议:(1)吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的培养目标要重视学生自主学习能力的培养,在篮球教学活动中要培养团结协作精神,提高社会适应能力;同时要塑造意志合理、态度积极、行为恰当的心理健康标准。(2)应逐渐增多吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的课时,达到新《纲要》要求的标准,满足学生学习需要;如果现有条件不允许,可以组织院系之间或者学生社团之间进行篮球比赛等,充分利用学生课余时间补充课时不足的问题。(3)吉林省普通高校公共体育篮球选项课的教学评价体系应进一步完善,要建立真实、客观、全面的考核与评价体系,可以将学生互评、学生自评等多样化的评价方式结合;加大对场地、器材的硬件投入,改善室内场地器材短缺问题,营造良好的教学环境,满足学生参与篮球选项课的学习和日常锻炼的需要。(4)激发、培养学生的运动兴趣,充分利用学生学习时间,积极引导,启发学生参与锻炼,培养学生自我锻炼的能力,养成自觉锻炼的习惯,培养学生终身体育意识。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the further development of public sports basketball elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and to improve the teaching effect of public sports basketball elective courses, this paper deeply studies and understands the situation of public sports basketball elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province. From the aspects of the teaching and training objectives of the basketball elective course, this paper makes the basketball elective course more suitable for the teaching situation of public sports in colleges and universities and the actual situation of the students. Through a variety of teaching methods, rich content of hungry teaching, stimulate the interest of students to participate in basketball elective courses, and cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education. Taking the elective course teaching of public sports basketball in Jilin Province as the research object, four colleges and universities in Jilin Province were investigated and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the training goals of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province accord with the three goals of sports participation, sports skills and physical health, which are proposed in the new outline. However, there are two deficiencies in students' mental health and social adaptation. (2) there is a certain gap between the elective course of public sports basketball in Jilin Province and the four terms of ordinary colleges and universities, which are required by the new outline, for a total of 144 school hours. The main teaching content and teaching content of basketball elective course are basketball basic theory, basic technique and tactics and students' physical professional quality, which basically meet the needs of the students of basketball elective course. (3) the assessment method of results is not scientific. Absolute evaluation is the main way to assess the students' achievements in basketball elective courses, lacking of many kinds of evaluation methods, and lacking of indoor teaching sites and equipment in basketball elective courses. The external factors affect the quality of the course. (4) the proportion of master's graduate degree is the largest among the teachers of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province, which can meet the teaching conditions of colleges and universities, and the structure of teachers' titles is normal distribution; The students in the selective basketball class have a long time of contact with basketball, but the level of self-cognition of basketball is low, their interest in basketball is general, their learning motivation is good in general, but their consciousness of lifelong physical education is weak. According to the conclusion of investigation and research on the teaching of public sports basketball in Jilin Province, Some suggestions are put forward for the future teaching of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province: (1) the training objectives of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province should pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability. In basketball teaching activities, we should cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation, improve the ability to adapt to the society, at the same time, we should shape the rational will and positive attitude. (2) it is necessary to gradually increase the class hours of public sports basketball courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province, to meet the requirements of the new outline, and to meet the study needs of students; if the existing conditions do not permit, In order to make full use of students' spare time to supplement the shortage of class time, we can organize basketball matches between colleges and departments or students' associations. (3) the teaching evaluation system of public sports basketball courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province should be further improved. In order to establish a real, objective and comprehensive assessment and evaluation system, we can combine a variety of evaluation methods, such as students' mutual evaluation and student self-evaluation, increase the hardware input to the venue and equipment, and improve the shortage of indoor venues and equipment. To create a good teaching environment to meet the needs of students to participate in the study of basketball elective courses and daily exercise. (4) stimulate, cultivate students' interest in sports, make full use of students' study time, actively guide, inspire students to participate in exercise, Cultivate students' ability of self-exercise, cultivate the habit of self-exercise and cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education.
