体验式教学法在高校乒乓球选项课中的实验研究

【摘要】:体验式教学法已成为当今素质教育教学方法的重要组成部分。本文依据体验式教学法的概念、理论基础、教学过程,结合学生身体素质和基本技术水平的实际情况,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,对体验式教学法在乒乓球选项课中的运用进行了研究。具体以西南交通大学2015级两个乒乓球选项班的学生为实验对象,采用随机抽样分组的形式将选取的学生分为实验班和对照班,分别运用体验式教学法与传统教学法进行了对比实验教学,以学生的身体素质、乒乓球基本技术、学习动机和合作能力作为本文实验的测试内容,并对实验所测结果进行了统计分析。通过研究比较,发现体验式教学法不仅有助于学生乒乓球基本技术水平的提高,而且对于培养学生学习乒乓球的兴趣、团队意识、合作能力方面的效果尤为明显。本文通过实验班与对照班教学实验前后测试成绩对比分析的方法得出如下结论:(1)乒乓球教学中,无论采用体验式教学法还是传统教学法都有助于学生乒乓球基本技术水平的提升。具体在正手攻球、反手推挡、左推右攻的技评成绩上与反手推挡、左推右攻的达标成绩上,通过对所测结果进行统计分析,成显著性差异(P0.05)。由此得出,体验式教学法运用于高校乒乓球选项课教学中是可行的,且总体上优于传统教学法,有助于学生乒乓球技术水平的提升。(2)体验式教学法在教学过程中遵循优势互补原则,采用异质分组的学习方式进行体验学习、交流与讨论,使得学生在互帮互助的学习氛围中,增加交流机会,增进了解,营造了一种自由、和谐的学习环境,利于学生合作能力的培养及学习积极性的提高。(3)体验式教学法在乒乓球选项课的运用,能够使乒乓球技术相对差的学生提升技术水平,逐步树立了学习的自信心,一定程度上有效防止了学生习得性无助现象的产生。(4)乒乓球教学中,运用体验式教学法相比传统教学法够使教师的主导地位与学生的主体地位在教学中更好的体现,利于良好师生关系的建立。同时该教学法能够充分发挥学生的独立思考能力,培养课堂主人翁意识。
[Abstract]:Experiential teaching method has become an important part of quality education teaching method. According to the concept, theoretical foundation, teaching process of experiential teaching method, combining with the actual situation of students' physical quality and basic technical level, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and so on. The application of experiential teaching method in table tennis course is studied. Taking the students of two table tennis classes of Southwest Jiaotong University as experimental objects, the selected students are divided into experimental class and control class by random sampling. This paper uses experiential teaching method and traditional teaching method to carry on the contrast experiment teaching, taking the students' physical quality, basic technique of table tennis, learning motivation and cooperative ability as the content of the experiment. The experimental results are statistically analyzed. Through the research and comparison, it is found that the experiential teaching method is not only helpful to the improvement of students' basic technical level of table tennis, but also to the cultivation of students' interest in learning table tennis, team consciousness and cooperative ability. Through the comparative analysis of the test results between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) in the teaching of table tennis, Both experiential teaching method and traditional teaching method are helpful to improve the students' basic skill level of table tennis. In the forehand attack, backhand push block, left push right attack on the technical evaluation results and backhand push block, left push right attack achievement, through the statistical analysis of the results, there is a significant difference (P0.05). It is concluded that it is feasible to apply experiential teaching method to the teaching of table tennis elective courses in colleges and universities, and it is generally superior to the traditional teaching method. (2) the experiential teaching method follows the principle of complementation of advantages in the teaching process, and adopts the learning method of heterogeneous grouping to carry out experiential learning, communication and discussion, so that students can learn in the atmosphere of helping each other. Increasing communication opportunities, enhancing understanding, creating a free and harmonious learning environment, conducive to the cultivation of students' cooperative ability and the improvement of their learning enthusiasm. (3) the use of experiential teaching method in table tennis elective classes, It can improve the skill level of the students who are relatively poor in table tennis skills, and gradually set up the self-confidence of learning, to a certain extent, effectively prevent the phenomenon of learning helplessness. (4) in the teaching of table tennis, Compared with the traditional teaching method, the experiential teaching method can make the teacher's leading position and the student's main position better in the teaching, and benefit to the establishment of the good teacher-student relationship. At the same time, the teaching method can give full play to the students' independent thinking ability and cultivate the sense of ownership in class.
