【摘要】：传统茶文化与民族体育之间的关系是非常密切的,传统茶文化对民族体育文化有着积极的作用,所以,在民族体育文化发展中,应该顺应时代潮流的基础上,不断继承传统的茶文化,对传统的茶文化进行创新,确保民族传统体育朝着更加健康的方向发展。
