“教授”与“习得”—缄默知识视角下高校体育教学困境的解蔽

【摘要】:运用文献资料法等,从缄默知识研究视角,对体育教学中"教授"与"习得"的困境表现和困境主因进行分析。主要结论:体育教学中对缄默知识的忽略是教与学不对称、难以整合的主要原因;可以通过缄默知识的获得方式来解蔽"教授"与"习得"的困境,在体育教学中建构利于顿悟发展的教学场景、缩编延时创设学徒制学习情境、营造隐性学习及非正式体育学习氛围。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of tacit knowledge research, this paper analyzes the expression and main causes of the dilemma of "professor" and "acquisition" in physical education teaching by using the method of literature and materials. The main conclusion is that the neglect of tacit knowledge in physical education teaching is the main reason why teaching and learning are asymmetric and difficult to integrate, and the difficulties of "professor" and "acquisition" can be solved by means of acquirement of tacit knowledge. In physical education, we should construct the teaching scene conducive to the development of epiphany, create the apprenticeship learning situation and create the atmosphere of recessive learning and informal sports learning.
