《校园足球教学指南》在山西省长治市的普适性研究

【摘要】:2015年2月27日,习近平主持中央深化改革领导小组年度第一次会议,审议通过了《中国足球改革总体方案》,方案中指出,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦与中国体育强国梦息息相关,发展振兴足球是建设体育强国的必然要求,也是全国人民的热情期盼。同年3月16日中国政府正式将这一方案对外公布,方案中对校园足球提出了明确的指示和要求。为了贯彻《中国足球改革总体方案》中对校园足球的规划要求,教育部于2015年3月开始组织编写《校园足球教学指南》。旨在通过《指南》提高全国中小学校园足球教学及管理工作的科学化、规范化,使广大教师及管理人员在足球教学工作中有章可循,并得到及时有效的帮助和指导,从而促进校园足球教学质量的提高。但是,面对校园足球发展的地域差异性所带来的各种问题,该指南是否能够很好的适用于各地区学校各学段的校园足球教学?在具体实施中会遇到什么样的具体问题?遇到问题怎样去解决?因此,本研究以山西省长治地区的三所不同学段的“校园足球”试点学校为对象,按照《指南》的规定和要求进行一学年的校园足球的教学工作,旨在探讨《指南》在山西省长治市不同学段的教学过程中的普适性情况。以期为日后《指南》正式在我市实施提供理论依据,并为《指南》的进一步完善提供一些建设性的意见。本文以山西省长治市的三所不同学段的“校园足球”试点学校的11个年级、22个班级、1018名学生为测试对象。运用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法和数理统计法等研究方法,对《指南》在长治市的普适性进行了相关研究。研究结论:从测试结果来看,《指南》在长治市的普适性主要体现出以下特征:首先,小学二三年级的适用性较高;四年级开始,《指南》在长治市的适用性明显下降;从五年级直至整个中学阶段,《指南》已经不能适用。综上特征可以得出《校园足球教学指南》在长治市的普适性不高。论文建议:《校园足球教学指南》要经过一定时间的实践修改和完善。我们要正视中国足球环境和文化的“落后”现状,遵循事物发展的规律,校园足球要从基础开始,并不断在实践教学过程中,得到来自基层第一线的教学内容普适性的反馈。主导思想是让学生在足球运动中找到快乐,没有压力的去学习和参与足球活动,在扩大我国足球人口的同时让孩子们从中得到来自足球运动的教育和身体锻炼。通过一定时间的修改和完善,相信《校园足球教学指南》会对校园足球活动的发展起到极大的促进作用。
[Abstract]:On February 27, 2015, Xi Jinping presided over the first annual meeting of the Central leading Group for deepening Reform, which deliberated and adopted the General Plan for China's Football Reform, which states that Chinese Dream, who realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is closely related to the dream of China's sports power. On March 16 of the same year, the Chinese government officially announced the plan, which made clear instructions and requirements for campus football. In order to carry out the planning requirements of campus football in the General Plan of Chinese Football Reform, the Ministry of Education began to organize the compilation of Campus Football Teaching Guide in March 2015. The purpose of this paper is to improve the scientific and standardized teaching and management of football in primary and secondary schools in China through the "Guide", so that teachers and administrators can follow the rules in football teaching, and get timely and effective help and guidance. So as to promote the quality of campus football teaching. However, in the face of the regional differences in the development of campus football, can this guide be well applied to the campus football teaching in different schools? What kind of specific problems will be encountered in the concrete implementation? How to solve the problem? Therefore, this research takes three "campus football" pilot schools in Changzhi area of Shanxi Province as the object, and carries on the teaching work of campus football for one school year according to the regulations and requirements of the "Guide". The purpose of this paper is to discuss the applicability of the Guide in the teaching process of different learning stages in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the implementation of the Guide in the future, and to provide some constructive suggestions for the further improvement of the Guide. In this paper, 1018 students in 22 classes and 11 grades in three different schools in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, are tested. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, test and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the universality of the Guide in Changzhi City. Conclusion: from the test results, the general applicability of the guidelines in Changzhi city mainly reflects the following characteristics: first, the applicability of the second and third grade of primary school is higher, the applicability of the guidelines in Changzhi city is obviously decreased at the beginning of grade four; From the fifth grade to the whole middle school stage, the Guide is no longer applicable. The above features can be concluded that the campus football teaching guide in Changzhi City is not high in universality. The paper suggests that the teaching guide of campus football should be revised and perfected after a certain time of practice. We should face up to the "backward" situation of Chinese football environment and culture, follow the law of the development of things, start from the foundation of campus football, and get feedback from the basic level in the process of practical teaching. The dominant idea is to let students find happiness in football, to learn and participate in football activities without pressure, to expand the population of football in our country, and to let children get education and physical exercise from football at the same time. It is believed that the instruction Guide of Campus Football will play a great role in promoting the development of campus football activities through the modification and perfection of a certain time.
