面向“卓越体育教师”培养的体育教育专业课程体系的重塑与优化

【摘要】：在国家实施"卓越教师培养计划"的背景下,从人本位与社会本位相结合的教育价值观出发,纵观体育教育国家级特色专业人才培养实践,体育教育专业人才培养目标应当定位于培养"专业素质突出的复合型人才"。遵循"目标统领内容"的原则,体育教育专业课程体系改革必须走"优化"与"重塑"之路,即要体现卓越体育教师培养的卓越性,体现体育教师教育的实践性,体现社会需求的导向性,体现现代科技发展的前瞻性以及体现地方差异的特色性,以实现培养卓越体育教师所必备的专业知能、专业情意、专业思想和专业素养。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "excellent teacher training Plan" implemented by our country, from the view of the educational values of the combination of humanism and social standard, this paper makes a general survey of the practice of cultivating professional talents with national characteristics of physical education. The goal of cultivating physical education professionals should be aimed at cultivating "compound talents with outstanding professional qualities". In accordance with the principle of "objective guiding content", the reform of physical education curriculum system must follow the road of "optimization" and "remoulding", that is, to embody the excellence of the cultivation of outstanding PE teachers and the practicality of PE teachers' education. It embodies the orientation of social demand, the foresight of modern science and technology development and the characteristic of local difference, in order to realize the necessary professional knowledge, professional sentiment, professional thought and professional accomplishment for cultivating outstanding PE teachers.
