抗战前中央国术馆教师薪俸状况研究

【摘要】：采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,以国民政府时期各种档案和史料为基础,围绕抗战前国术馆教师的历次薪俸规定和改革,分别从纵向和横向两个维度对中央国术馆教师的薪俸状况进行系统研究。结果表明:中央国术馆教师薪俸共经历门长科长制、科长科员制和教授教员制三个阶段演变,最终形成较为科学的具有人才激励作用的等级薪俸制度,使得国术馆对教师的要求和管理进一步规范化;通过与全国范围内其他重要国术组织教师薪俸,以及南京市其他不同职业人群薪俸的比较,中央国术馆教师薪俸总体处于当时社会的中等至中等偏上水平。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature and logic analysis, and based on various archives and historical materials of the National Government, this paper focuses on the stipulation and reform of the salaries of the teachers of the Guoshu Museum before the War of Resistance against Japan. This paper systematically studies the salary status of the teachers of the Central Museum of Chinese Arts from the vertical and horizontal dimensions. The results show that the salaries of teachers in the Central Museum of Chinese Arts have evolved through three stages: the head of the Department, the section chief and the teaching staff, and finally a more scientific salary system with the function of talent incentive has been formed. To further standardize the requirements and management of teachers in the Guoshu Museum, and to compare the salaries of teachers with those of other important national art organizations throughout the country, as well as the salaries of other occupational groups in Nanjing, The salaries of teachers in the Central Museum of Chinese Arts were generally in the middle to the upper middle level of the society at that time.
